My adult daughter and I went here Saturday morning around 7:15..we waited over 5 minutes to see any employees at all..anywhere. One employee finally showed up took orders for the 2 men in front of us..then we ordered. We wanted pop/soda we tried to fill our cups and they sprayed everywhere. I went up and told an employee, she came out to put nozzles on..but didn't know how to do it. She went and asked another employee to help..I think the manager, she did get them on and we ate our breakfast. However, people came in and again no employees in sight...they WALKED out and left. No employee even knew this occurred. Several tables were dirty. I am assuming from the night before, only because there was ketchup spilled on one table. Awful service
I used to stop a few times a week when they offered twist cones, since Covid the twist cones weren't offered anymore so I only stopped during the short time Shamrock Shakes are available.
Waited 20 minutes for curbside pickup and finally went in to check on it, looked like it was just sitting there. I've never had an issue with mobile order before so I'm not sure what happened, they didn't offer an explanation. Then when I got home we finally noticed they gave us a regular quarter pounder instead of a deluxe. I'll probably try to avoid this location in the future.
Went thru drive thru today at noon was asking if inside dining would be open soon was told inside was open even though signs say for order and take out only “we are open in dining room” drive up window slammed shut in my face receipts says Silda don’t know if this was her or not horrible person
Got our order wrong but the food was good
Always quick service and the food is always fresh.
The staff was really nice. The place was clean and quiet.
worst place ever. the persone taking my order over the mic was horrible and had an attitue. her Name is Rose. this is the worst Mcdonald in Eau Claire. she needs training or counseling.
