They get my order wrong every weekend, I go there every Saturday morning they are nice enough and the food generally is quick but none of that really matters if the order is ALWAYS wrong. I called and spoke to someone about 10 weeks ago and explained how my order was wrong they apologized and took my info and said I would receive coupons which I never received, there has been 2 other occasions since this one so I called again 2 weeks ago and again they apologized and said they would look into it and have the GM call me so we will see.
McDonald's is a McDonald's but not all McDonald's is the same about service. At the Menomomie McDonald's though they are fast and are order is usually always right and we are pleased. It is a go to late night food stop during school. Their dining room is still closed due to covid and they close early still which is a bummer considering it was the spot to go to for 11 pm food.
They only get the orders right about 25% of the time. They act like it's a big inconvenience to fix their mistakes. Try calling and get blown off. Say they will mail out a coupon, never got one.
Took a very long time. I understand staffing shortages then to receive your food and your fries are cold is super disappointing to say the least.
Terrible experience, sadly. Ordered for myself, my wife, and my daughter. My wife's order came out just fine. Mine and my daughter's, not so much. My drink was handed to me 2/3 full and a sloppy, dripping mess. Checked the order after pulling away from the window to find no fries with my meal. I pull back around to the window to mention this, where I'm greeted as an inconvenience. My daughter's happy meal only came with her nuggets and fries. I understand mistakes happen, but no apology for the mix up from either the gal at the window or the manager and being treated as if I should've just dealt with it was no less than disappointing.
After 9pm they will mess with the food for no reason other than they are bored teenagers making $20 an hour for an easy job... They deserve a lawsuit.
Usually only get McD's once in a great while for my step son. Wife and I hardly eat at these restaurants anymore. Service and food were good.
About 5 minutes per car in the drive through. I might get to eat tonight. Sure wish the dining room was open. Finally got home with food and the fries are barely cooked - into my oven they go. I'll never go here again. This is horrible even for fast food.
I asked for a triple cheeseburger. They gave me 2. I paid for a triple. I was so excited, they disappointed me when I read the wrapper and they only gave me a mcdouble. Ain’t that same there bucko.
There isn't an order they don't mess up. Today they didn't super-size the fries and gave me diet coke instead of regular coke. The last 3 times I've went there they mess it up. No more. I will never go back to this restaurant Sucks.
