Lady at the window barley understood English. We asked for a double quarter pounder with cheese and she gave us a double cheeseburger. We asked for a deluxe spicy crispy chicken and she gave us just a normal chicken sandwich. I went inside to talk to the manager and he basically just said check the receipt next time before you leave the drive through. Terrible never coming back.
Great place for food. I love the shamrock shakes and they have great prices. The people here took care of me and were very happy and nice. Thank you to the staff here. Highly recommend!
Starting off, I know this is McDonald's but come on!!!The last two orders in a row now they messed up and it has costed me money. First time they charged me extra money even though I had a deal applied.(4.89) I was going to let it go, but the 2nd time they completely forgot 1 of my items which was really disappointing since I had just gotten home and was far enough to not be able to go back reasonably. This item is hard to overlook and forget as it was the only thing I really got(20 nuggets- 10 were missing) I just wish this wouldn't happen.
Arrived at 130a after a benefit we were at, 3 cars infront of us. Nobody moved for 15-20min. It was the longest wait I've ever had to do. Food was prepared correctly though & hot.
Not much of a fan of mcdee's, so as a family we only go a couple times a year. My stomach is never super happy after, though my daughter's. still of age for happy meals, are always asking to go & like the food of course. They haven't been to happy with the last couple toys they got from the happy meals.
McDonalds on Hastings Way was having electrical problems with their hamburger grills. It took longer than normal and the food wasn't as fresh but the customer service was wonderful. The young man that had to come out and tell us our mobile order couldn't be made by them due to their equipment failure was nervous but did a great job at doing the best that he could for us.
This location is open 24/7 and since COVID the line can be a mile long all around the building at times. The team members handle the stress of this extremely well! Every single one of them. I visit this location at just about all hours of the day and every shift is professional, respectful, patient and always great you with a smile no matter how long the line is. Keep up the good work guys!
Nice, friendly workers who are doing an incredible amount of work for not the pay they deserve. This location can be pretty busy & you may have to expect a wait, depending on the time of day.
Some kids were making a bunch of riot in the drive through a couple cars ahead I didn't really care until the drive through lady flipped on us and told us to leave. Saying we were the ones being loud, we told them it wasn't us but she wasn't having it so I said screw this and did as she asked. Not to mention they always seem to screw up my order.
McDonald's food is fine but you will definitely wait in the drive thru for at least 30 minutes. I've often seen cars wrapping around the building and onto the street because McDonald's has very slow service unless everyone orders like a single item which never happens.
