I can’t ever say I’ve received a pizza from any place that I had to cut myself ? mind blown!!!
Very unhelpful at the counter female looked like a manager, has no clue about customer service, I asked how toOrder a custom pizza on the app, “I don’t know” I said so you don’t know how to use your own app, “no” well I took my business elsewhere. Won’t be back again. All I wanted was a pepperoni pizza with mushrooms.
When you have to wait 25 min for a pizza that is not hot n ready it defeats the purpose. Then to top it off the pizza was half cut about as uneven as possible.
This is the 3rd time we have stopped during normal business hours and they have been closed.
Came right at noon. No one in there. Nothing “hot and ready” to go. Hahaha. False advertising I guess hahaha
Placed an online order at 4:45pm estimated time for pick up was at 5:20. Place was packed with other people who had ordered online as well. I waited for 15 min and then the manager came up and asked a few of our names to see if our orders were done. I was standing off to the side and picked my head around and stated my name. She seemed to know my order was sitting back on a rack. But when she went to pick it up she asked the other two workers where one of the pizza's were as I had three ordered. The two pizzas that were sitting on that rake have been sitting there sense I got there. The other workers didn't seem to know so she went to go make it "again".My order was finally ready to go and I walked out the door at 5:53. With three pizza's two of which sitting on that rack for 30 plus min.Got home, opened them up and the one that was missing was supposed to be Beef and Olives. What I opened was not that. The other two were correct. Called the store back and explained the issue. I was instructed to come back and they'd have it waiting for me. Got there again and no one came up to the front. Waiting again I was. 15 min. Now it was 6:45. And all that was said was "Sorry about this". And the worker just walked away.Now normally I dont have any problems with this location but this was ridiculous tonight. So their star rating went down for me. Hope they can prove there competence the next time I order from here.
Told me it would take 12 to 15 minutes took over 45 minutes food was cold by the time we got home 2 miles away not happy with the food or service
Took 3 times more the time to get my food and never got a sorry for taking so long to get my food from them.
Usually come here for Party pizzas, always quick and fresh.
Cheap pizza that actually tastes good. The pepperoni cheese bread is *chef's kiss* :)
