Ordered just roast beef and cheese. Asked about mayo, I said no just meat and cheese. Charged me for the double meat sandwich rather then a Slim Jim. Went back in and said nicely my sandwich is wrong. I told him this has happened the last 3 visits. Handed me a new sandwich and I said I won’t be back.He yelled out “ sounds good “. This guy has no customer service or ordering/ listening skills. Who says that to a customer ?

The BEST Jimmy John's I have ever been too. Young kids working there and very nice, smart, and friendly.I love their mops shoes and the place was SPOTLESS!Stop in and ask for the Big John special!

Pretty disappointed. After waiting in the drive through line for half my lunch break, get to order and they aren’t accepting cards. Someone could have walked out the back door and let people know so they wouldn’t waste the only break they get waiting to not get any food
Always a good experience ordering from this location, never had a problem from them. Quick delivery and no hassle during social distance (you can click ‘leave at door’ on the website). I always order extra veggies and they never let me down. Recommend
We order quite a bit from Jimmy Johns but this time they did not do the greatest of jobs. I asked for all 5 sandwiches to be cut in half only one was. On one of the sandwiches asked for dijon barely could you even tell it had any at all. The receipt stated to please ring the ring door bell and leave it, cause we have covid. The kid knocked on the door till we answered. We do not have covid that was the last time we ordered i just forgot to change it, but what if we did??? Then he tried to hand my husband 4 drinks and a box of food all at once hum he only has two hands. Just not the best service we have ever gotten and a bit of a disappointment. They were not freaky fast. Btw i did tip just in case anyone thinks i did not.
