we had an order that went sideways, we spoke with the shift manager Preston he worked it out so we could reorder and made it right with us was willing to listen and work with us thanks again Preston and again we will be a returning customer happy new year

worst JJ location ever. horrible customer service, don’t bother ordering here unless you want two slices of meat. i work literally in fast food and you guys are an excuse of food. horrible gross and they are extremely rude to their customers

Wouldn't take an order for some reason, look like they were very busy patiently turning away everybody at the noon hour because of some large order. I will never go back again. Not sure how they can justify not taking any orders during the lunch hour.
