I love their food, but I do not like ordering because to have to deal with the blonde women at the register, She has no customer service skills at all. SHE US VERY RUDE. I am handicap and some days have a hard time walking. I called a head to see if they would do a curb side. I was told yes. When there she came out and yelled at me telling me that they do not have time for this they are busy. and never will they do this again. I told here I called a head and asked. She said I don't care. There was about 12 cars in the lot.
Hadn’t been there in years until last week. It was terrible. People who seat you are rude. Didn’t get a drink until I complained twice. (Went around 430-5 on a Sunday) Food sucks. They’re doing the bare minimum and still can’t put out a decent buffet. As you can see, they don’t acknowledge or reply to anyones reviews. Shows a lot.
First time here in about 4 years. And it will be my last. The food was average at best, the service was worse. The selection was minimal compared to before, and to what other buffets currently offer. The lady who seated us was rude. Just a negative experience top to bottom.
The atmosphere was good, the food was great, and the waitresses barely spoke when spoken to, and came over once to remove the dishes. We were there a while, and ate a lot, so our dishes piled up. If there was a language barrier, I understand. However, dishes piling up were obvious, and a smile is universal, welcome, and kind. We will go again. We enjoyed the food, and who knows maybe the wait staff was just having an off day
I was there at 6:30 p.m. with my family and the blonde receptionist was very rude and pissed off at something.I had 7 of us they were on there way in but she would not Seat me.She left 2 groups ahead of me.When she did seat us never left us sit and asked for drinks,slammed the high chair down on the floor and then I asked if there ice tea was sweetened she said the sugars on the table.The food was awesome have eaten here before and loved it and that's what the 3 stars were for should have been atleast 5 but there was no reason someone should have that position when that's the first thing you run into when your wanting to relax and enjoy your family
We arrived just as they were opening the first thing we encountered was a dispute between two of the employees over something related to money. The food on the main buffets were very good except the hair in the egg roll. As we were eating one of the employees from the previously mentioned dispute chose to use the mirror directly over the dessert bar to fix her hair. The surface was then coated with white flakes. So no dessert for us. Also the ice cream machine was NOT clean. The meal was good but no dessert was a disappointment.
Quality of carry out is now very poor. We order for our group twice a month. The last 2 times we ordered.. ALL the meat was uneatable. Chicken on a stick all had a gross membrane- and some type of cartilage in it. the grade of meat was so poor that it had a foul taste to it. The same result for all of the meat in entree's. Meat also tends to be undercooked and resembles rubber. Plus the rice was not fresh at all! We gave it 1 star only because the employees were always excellent. This poor quality started after the last Christmas season. We will no longer invest money for food in this company.
Awesome food and service. Wide selection of choices, always attended by the employees. Salad, meat, pastry selections, deserts, awesome. From Florida and decided to stop I n from the cold on thursday...Aldo decided to keep coming back all week while in town
It's pretty good for a buffet. No wifi. service is decent and kept clean. They have gloves at buffet to use to help stop the spread.
Worst place for Chinese food! The white lady at the front desk has terrible customer service. I think she’s Russian or something. This place technically deserves -5 stars! Any Asian restaurant in MN beat this place any day!Don’t tell me that you guys offer to go boxes as buffet takeout, then tell me no when I get there! I made a large meat entry order and the meat is dry and tasteless.And, get your pricing straight! The person who discussed the price with me over the phone act like math was so hard to do. Here is a tip, charge a standard for half or a full tray instead of pieces.Don’t make a customer wait for more than 15 minutes and don’t act like you’re bothered when the customer checks up on it!First and last time here!
