Hardees regrettably got rid of the best item on the menu, cinnamon raisin biscuits. We went there because the biscuits and gravy were always so good. Now, the gravy just tasted like flour; no sausage. The one person working the cash register was also working drive thru. Absolutely would not acknowledge my presence for about ten minutes, even though I was the only person in the lobby to order.
This was the most disgusting biscuits and gravy I have every had. It was so watered down and tasted like straight up flour. The biscuit had hair inside of it. I called to complain and no 9ne answers the phone. I will drive across town from now on.
Food was hot and tasty but a bit greasy.
It is dangerous to have only one employee working at a time. It is unsafe for the emotes. The food is good
Waited for 15 mins behind a line of cars at the order box with no one answering. Finally drove up to the window and saw the workers puttering around. Waited another 5-7 minutes for someone to come to the window, only for the them to say "sorry, we closed early". At 6:30 pm. Other cars were waiting at the box behind us. No sign or cones or anything had been placed. We had to instruct them to do something since at least 4 other cars were behind us. And they seemed super non-chalant about it, like they didn't care that a bunch of people were inconvenienced.I 100% understand that places are short staffed or things happen, but there were plenty of people in line in front AND behind us, with no explanation or courtesy regarding the sudden closing, especially when there is no way for anyone to know.
I will give this place 5 stars if corporate undercover boss fires Barb from the establishment... Never have I seen someone in a guest facing setting, be so blatantly rude to customers.....As far as the other people who work here, I'm sorry, you are amazing at customer service, and I always get top quality food for fast food out of your location.TLDR: fire Barb, promote literally everyone else. Great food every time.
Lobby has been closed for over a year because of covid nonsense. I will not spend another dollar there.
Great sandwich and hot from the drive thru.
Drive thru lady was really rude. She had a very hard time hearing us and we were shouting. My grandmother asked the lady a simple question and got a very nasty attitude. Hope to have a better experience next time.
Have not been to a Hardee's in over 30 years. Had the chicken strips and fries. Chicken was juicy and tender with a light crispy coating. The small order made 2 meals for me. The fries were hot and crispy, liked them more than most other fast food fries I have had.
