I was happy to come back to Grand Avenue Cafe. Had the southwest chicken wrap, peach bread pudding, 2 muffins to go with my guest having the everything bagel egg sandwich. Wow we....... let's talk damn delicious with coffee. I could eat this everyday. I really need to y my butt down there more often. Excellent place to goAAA++++
The hours on Google and the sign on the door both say that you close at 2:30 PM but I was there at 1:45 PM today and the door was locked, all the lights were on and I tried calling and no one answered. There are very few places open for a good breakfast on Mondays so I was really excited to eat here again since it’s been a few years but I guess I’ll just go somewhere else. Really glad that I drove all the way there. I did not see any sign anywhere that said you closed early today. And the only reason I’m writing this one star review is to try and get your attention because obviously a phone call isn’t going to do it
My wife and I stopped in lunch today, and the food was quite good . My complaint is the loud music , totally took away from any effort to have a conversation .
Very good service, good prices and great coffee. Small cafe in a quiet business neighborhood. Food is always very good.
Fantastic food and great service. The bread pudding is amazing!
Great omelettes and hash browns in a cozy atmosphere
After my morning walk downtown I was in the mood for a cup of coffee and a pastry. I spotted the Grand Avenue Cafe and oh my goodness....what a quaint, lovely cafe. I ordered the fried sausage, egg, cheese, green pepper breakfast wrap.Great pricing and portion size. Friendly service. My new favorite breakfast nook.
This restaurant is not open. Arrived 10am on a Saturday and it was closed.
Able to accomodate my eating restrictions. Great atmosphere, friendly staff.
The food was good. But the wait to receive it was just unnecessary. The wait for even water was unnecessary. Watched another couple sit and wait to be served let alone acknowledged, they eventually got up and left. Asked for a box for my leftovers, our server brought me a dish of ketchup instead. I would love to come back and try again, but don't want the same experience.
