I'm so tired of trying to order from here. I love their fried rice. I try to order when I can. But it's nearly impossible it feels like. You can't call them because they never answer the phone to take orders. You could go in and wait for 30 minutes to an hour (which I didn't have time for today after already waiting 30 minutes for an order I thought went through) or you could order online and hope??????? They get it? I waited 30+ minutes as previously stated for food I never received because they said they never got the order from eat street. While vice versa eat Street says they don't know where the problem went wrong and why golden dragon didn't receive it. Do at the end of the day I don't get food. Poor service all around and I'm tired of it. I've tried many many times, it's disappointing to say the least.
Reading the reviews I was apprehensive about taking the chance.I ordered 3 dishes.Garlic shrimp which was wonderful. Big plump shrimp with good flavor. Very fresh and arrived hot.Lemon chicken. The lemon sauce was wonderful and lots of it served on the side. The chicken was good. Not great, but definitely good. The sauce definitely made up for the chicken. I just found it a lot of breading.Sweet and sour shrimp. Again the sauce was very good. Hard to get sweet and sour sauce wrong. The shrimp was decent. Maybe slightly over fried but still good.The order came with an over abundance of white rice. Which is never a bad thing.Order via an online delivery service was fast, about 60 minutes and the driver was very nice.I think the food was decent. Everything arrived as ordered INCLUDED cutlery which I requested. It was a decent temperature given the fact it's winter. Portions were very good!Not works class Chinese by any means but go ahead and order. I enjoy my dinner.
Used to eat there all the time until the guy behind the counter that is always there is rude. Hardly has any meat. I will not go back again. I found a couple other places in Eau Claire that is great and has tons of meat. This is what my son got today. He asked for a large beef and gravy no vegetables it cost $11.00 for about 5 pieces of meat maybe an inch in the box and the rest empty.

The food was bad, how is wonton soup like syrup!!!!I ordered 2 wonton soups, soup was syrup and no meat in the wontons, I've eaten twice from them, there won't be a 3rd time, plus the guy behind the counter ignored me standing there until I yelled towards him, he knew I was there
This place is so popular that they sometimes can't take orders and you will be left wondering if they are closed early. The food is mostly pretty good, but perfect but most people will find something that they love from here.
The food was absolutely bland and they skimp on the meat.Dont waste your time or money here.
Food quality has gone down hill. Little to no meat and if there is it, tastes like it came from a can. I would recommend going to another restaurant. I've given them multiple chances because I was hoping the lower food quality was temporary, but it is getting worse.

Wow. Place really went down hill. The beef w broccoli had 3 pieces of beef on the top and that was all. The General Chunk chicken was dry as can be (most likely previous days left overs). The wonton soup was bland and had the consistency of egg drop soup. On top of that, while picking up my take out order, i had to wait nearly 5 minutes for service because the guy was on the phone. Even though my food was already on the table getting cold. Definitely will not be back.
