Walked in 10 minutes before closing, 4 employees behind the counter. One was actually doing something, making a sandwich, another girl was mopping, the other two were just watching the one who was making a sandwich, no one acknowledged me, waited around for 75 seconds, I timed it, still, no one acknowledged me so OK then, I guess I won’t get a cup of chili after all. Sorry to bother you. I’m not going to give the “do not recommend” because Firehouse Subs is typically good and the food is always good but try training your employees at this location to say, “I’ll be right with you.”
First time to a firehouse subs. Food was fine, bread was kinda soggy. But this location just seems kinda sketchy. All the staff are either high, or didn’t like having customers.. at least it seemed that way. We felt like we were in a prison cafeteria or something while we waited for our names to be called. When they call your name when food is ready they throw your subs down and walk away. Hopefully not all of their locations are like this
The private owner of this particular Firehouse subs is incompetent.I've delivered from this location 40+ times over the course of this and last year and had not one single issue until the owner was involved.Owner was upset another driver didn't pick up an order and decided to punish me by not preparing the order 10 minutes until after I've arrived. Altogether with the drive there and wait accumulated to a total of 30 minutes of my time wasted as punishment for someone I have nothing to do with. I am me and that's it, I have nothing to do with anybody else yet im treated unfairly out of spite.
I love their subs. State to state, their food is consistent and good. 4 stars because this location's employees were working but not at all engaged with the customer. No hello, no nothing. The employee simply only took our order not a word more.
Serving a good tasting, warm sandwich with a fresh picked wedge. Clean surroundings, multi flavor pop machine, and support for First Responders. Can't beat it!
First time I had ever tried this place out. Subs were very good and not crazy expensive for what you got! Plan to go back for sure!

Love their sub. My favorite sub place. My complaint is of I place my order online, it tell me my food will be ready in a half hour. So I make sure I am there in time. I wait another half hour. So in total from the time I place the order online, I'm waiting an hour. No follow up email letting me know it will be longer. I ordered a brownie with my sub and they didn't put in the bag. I checked before I left and asked about it. They didn't have any brownies left. They did give me a cookie instead. What bothered me about this, instead of telling me right away, I had to find out myself and ask about it. I would of paid for something I didn't get if I didn't check.
Seems a popular place. Certainly clean. Food was edible.Bread was tasteless. Meat was pressed pieces of what was once perhaps turkey as that's what we ordered. Sloppily made tasteless mess! Fox news too loud to hear your own voice. Go next door for some good tex mex food instead.
I enjoy the brisket sub from Firehouse Subs the most. Quality, fresh ingredients, all cooked up and delivered warm. Hits the spot and it does no harm knowing that the rounded up tip amount goes to help Firefighters and EMTs. It actually makes you feel good in more ways than one!
