Twice recently I’ve had a terrible experience in the evening. The food was not hot or fresh. The breadsticks were hard. I’ll have to remember to go earlier in the day.
We both had a sampler platter. It was delicious! The server did not come around with bread sticks, but when we asked another employee if we could have more, he more than made up for it. I recommend this place if you like pasta.
Fazolis has never let us down. We have been eating her for a very long time and we have always had great food and service. The portions are big and the cost is small. My favorite is their lasagna with broccoli with an endless supply of breadsticks. The service is always fast and very friendly. They make my family feel like they are the only customers in the place. I can’t recomend Fazolis enough. We love it and so will you.
Horrible. After waiting a ridiculous amount of time we finally got someone to take our order. Then we were served very bland and tasteless food. I feel like they have raised prices and gone way down in the quality of food.
Me and my daughter and 2 of my granddaughters came to eat there tonight for the first time. I was very pleased with the service Jaiden gave us and the food was really good. I recommend this place to everyone.
I am so bummed to be writing this review. I love Fazoli's quick and tasty pasta. My husband and I were so excited to find a Fazoli's here since the one in our town closed down last year. We were here to visit a friend we have not seen for a long time so we were busy chatting and catching up. We were there for ~2 hours including the time we took to order and eat. In the middle of conversation, one of the male employees rudely and impatiently stated: "you guys have been here for the past few hours," indicating that we needed to leave although we had already paid for our meal and were not making a ruckus. This completely ruined the time we had and thus led to my 1 star rating for this particular Eau Claire location.For context, this occurred around 1pm and there was a rush so it was quite busy. HOWEVER, there were tons of open tables and open chairs all around. We only took up one 4 person table. The employee made the whole situation so embarrassing and awkward. Even the one family of 4 sitting at the table across from us felt awkward and outspokenly said: "that was rude. There are so many other tables available. I guess we need to eat faster or we'll get kicked out too." We really appreciated the family's sentiments considering this is a predominantly White town and we are minorities.I am very much understanding that busy hours may be stressful. However, that is no excuse for the rude customer service that we received from this employee. He could have relayed his message in a much more service friendly way. I wish I would have caught his name to post on here, but that is just a blessing on his part. We will not be recommending or visiting this Fazoli's location again.
My experience here was awful. Me and my wife came up here to visit a friend and were suprised to see a Fazoli's here. We were excited and thought it would be nice to eat here with our friend. After being here for over an hour, one of the employees told us that we were here "for too long." Essentially, he told us that we needed to leave, even though there were open tables everywhere in the restaurant. We didn't do anything wrong, so I don't understand why he singled us out. He also could of said it in a more polite way. Overall, I don't recommend eating here. Food was only ok and the service at the end was terrible. Definitely better restaurants to eat around the area then this place.
Each time we come here it has been great! Friendly staff and good food. A go to for us for a quick and delicious meal.
Well first off they opened at 11:30 which is fine but when I got there at 12:00 for lunch it was already dirty. There was crumbs and garbage everywhere. Also when we did get our food there was different types of hair in me and my children’s food. Usually they are good but yesterday was not a good experience. My daughter pulled out two hairs that were long from here pizza and breadsticks and I pulled out short hairs from my plate I ordered. Not impressed
The pictures speak for themselves! Just sad. The place was a mess. Food took forever. Dirty dishes everywhere and the floor is filled with food. The cashier was rude. They should just close up shop. Definitely won't be back.
