If I could rate a 0 I would. Terrible customer service. Someone on staff claiming she was the manager yelled and swore at us because we were concerned that our order was a half hour late and incorrect. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Delivery is always at least twice as long as they claim, and the food is often in poor condition.The bread is clearly old as it is hard to bite into.The guts are stuck to the bread so the sandwich been sitting a while.The soup is mush so clearly leftover from previous days.I called to cancel when my order was over 40 minutes late and was told it will be there soon.I will not be ordering from here again, Jimmy John's is far superior.

I ordered my food today at 1030am online. The estimated delivery w was s 1105am. When I called at 1125 I was told they were bagging up a bunch of orders and that they were so busy. (Which ok I get it).... now we are at 1207pm and still no food.
Waited over an hour and 15 and my food has still not arrived.
ordered online to have delivered to our labor and delivery room. apparently their driver called off so now I'm out $40. I offered to refund it but after already having a bad experience with KFC and their delivery tonight cancelling my order as well this is getting ridiculous. do not order from here as you will spend money and not get it.

Tried to order by phone as I’ve done 100 times in the past and was told to order online instead. When I told the employee that wasn’t an option they became belligerent. Doubtful I will ever order from this location again.
Worst delivery experience I have ever had. Ordered my sandwich far in advance to make sure it would get to my address in time for my lunch break. Called half an hour after the delivery time and was given attitude by the staff for asking when I could expect my delivery. Ended up getting my delivery 45 minutes after the scheduled time and after my lunch break was already over. I would not recommend this store to anyone
