The coffee was good as always and the customer service was excellent! What a friendly and bubbly group of individuals.

Don’t order their sandwiches. They are overpriced and not even that good. every time I order one, they usually tell me to drive to the front to wait for the sandwich. Ive had two really bad experiences. The first time, I waited over 15+ min for a sandwich. Then another time I waited 10 min for a sandwich AND I had to go inside to grab the sandwich myself. They didn’t apologize for the wait or anything. The guy just handed me my sandwich while looking away from me. I didn’t go inside angry either. There were plenty of staff in there at the time so idk why someone couldn’t help me. I know things get busy and they may be short staffed (although at the time there were 5 people working that I saw and not many customers inside the store or in drive thru). But they need to do a better job with the customers waiting on them. Otherwise PLEASE DONT tell me to wait at the front if you’re not going to give me my food.
Be careful ordering sandwiches from here. Usually has been no issue but the last two times through the drive-thru have been awful. First time they made me wait 25 minutes outside for my sandwich until I went inside and they had completely forgot about my order... Second time was this morning waited 20 minutes for sandwich with only two other customers.. when I finally received my sandwich it was the wrong order and I had to go inside to correct it. They then gave me the wrong sandwich again.
Worst one in Eau Claire, seem to never get a order right like McDonald’s. Get your money’s worth at Hastings.

Very active during the 6am hour on a Sunday. We used the free wifi to activate a new cell phone transferring data from old phone. Went well.
The drive-thru line was at least ten deep when I arrived and I almost didn't stop. The wait was less than five minutes. They looked to be under-staffed, but they were working their butts off and serving with a smile. Phenomenal iced coffee and pumpkin donuts. My favorite Dunkin' in EC.
Usually great service! Maybe they were having an off morning this morning? They missed one of my items that I paid for, and I went back in to get it and also one extra item and I stood at the counter for about 8 minutes as the staff would walk back and forth in front of me, shoot me a glance, at one point someone even said, “we need more people here,” but they just kept working without coming over to me. I believe it was a manager who came over and asked me if I’d been helped, I said “no, not yet,” and she asked one of the girls who was looking but not helping to cover the counter and it was like magic! She came over and helped me right away!My recommendation is, if you go to this DD, go through the drive-thru, don’t go in, as it’s much faster, BUT CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE LINE ??
