We were there Tuesday night after 7:00. The was great could not ask for any better.The hard working was staff was friendly and fast.The pizza and salad were great.
It's a Domino's, so you pretty much know what you're getting. Sometimes they don't have a lot of flexibility with the company website, but whenever I've had a problem they've helped me, even when they were really busy. You can't expect a big chain location to act like a small-town diner, but this team does pretty good. I appreciate them.
I sent in my order online at 10:10pm. I ordered a pizza, pasta, cinnamon twists and 2 2lts of soda. My order was late and the only things delivered was the sauce of the pasta and half baked cinnamon sticks. The driver called to tell me he forgot the soda. I called the store to tell them that I was also missing my pizza. The driver returned with 20 oz. Sodas, but no pizza. I again called about my pizza. We opened up the pasta dish to find that there was only sausage and marinara sauce - no noodles! Then the cinnamon sticks were doughy. I again called and was offered a 5% credit on my $50 order. I was then offered a $10 in store credit. The reasons given: new staff, very busy, lost the receipt so they didn't know I ordered a pizza,... I was then offered a dessert, replacement pizza, switch of pasta and cinnamon twists and a free 2 ltr of soda. I recieved my pizza at 11:35 pm (over 1 1/2 hrs late) and the pasta at 11:55pm. I now have a credit in store that I don't think I'd use again and a "Sorry" card and my receipt they claimed was lost. It took 1 hr 55 min to get my order and for my time, the excuses I was given, the mess ups on their end, my company having to wait, the price I paid for the food and delivery... I don't plan on using the London Square store again! We ended up eating mac and cheese only to have cold pizza and pasta tomorrow as they refused to refund my money and cancel my order the first time I called.
My boyfriend ordered pizzas and then the pizza delivery guy got lost. He called out contact number and we explained that he just drove past our place, and he said ok my bad I’ll turn around. He went to somewhere that wasn’t our address and knocked when he received no answer he just left the food out side the incorrect address. We called and informed the store of the situation and they said we’ll remake the food and send it out. It’s been well over an hour and they should of at least suggested to provide a compensation for our delay. Not impressed at all.
They ran over my dog. So I won’t be using them moving forward. Even after they ran over my dog they were extremely rude and disrespectful. Customer service excellence and professionalism are absolutely lost on every single employee in the store. Including the franchise owner. Stay away
Ordered specialty pizza and classic salad. 50 wait for delivery. Great fresh salad. Unfortunately the greatness ended there. Pizza itself really had no flavor and was a bit overdone. Didn't taste the sauce. Not much for toppings. We're done with Domino's. No good pizza places left in Eau Claire . ??
I ordered my food at 630 said it would be ready by 7. Got the notification that it was done went to pick it up and they hadn’t even started it yet come back in 10 min.Well went back in 10 min they had it ready got home at 730, and they had missed part of my orderThey argued with me on the phone about it when I went back for it they kinda like threw it at meDon’t get me wrong I was kind of mad but that’s till not a very professional way to handle a complaint
The food is good.Delivery has been kind of poor recently in the last year.
Second order in a row wrong. Cold and disgusting. When u call the store to get help they don't care. Lanniers need to go. The employees don't even know who the manager is when u call. How is a business going to run when no one knows who is in charge.
Decent food poor customer service I don't recommend after 9pm
