Most of the employees at the Golf Road DQ today at about 5:30pm were not working when I was there. Most were just messing around, being very loud and unprofessional. Two times when I stood at the front and waited for someone to help me there were about 3 or 4 employees giving each other a hard time, giggling, and arguing as I waited. I haven't been to this one in years and will not be coming back. The unprofessional demeanor was probably the most frustrating part of the experience. I ordered a medium blizzard and they filled the cup maybe a little over half full and there was hardly any cookie dough. Not sure who the manager was during this shift but you definitely couldn't tell.
My elderly mom and dad have been coming through this drive through consistently for the last 3 months and later shared that they had developed a close relationship with two of the employees working here. They truly have made a difference in my parents day to day routine. They shared that they know them by name when they pull up to the speaker and have their orders memorized. Evan and McKenzie thank you. We will now be making more trips to this spot. Employees like you guys are what makes this world feel less chaotic. Thank you for adding some light to my parents days?
drive thru took 45 mins for just an ice cream….
I think my kids work here, honestly. ? I came thru the drive thru today and ordered a plain cheeseburger and a 4 piece chicken strip basket with a large cherry coke. What I GOT was a cheeseburger with all condiments, a medium soda, and a chicken strip basket with ranch. Like I buy the chicken strip basket maybe once a year and I get it for the gravy. Disappointed.
Visited tonight. Mutual confusion when I was trying to order something, but they apologized, it was no big deal. Got to the window, more apologies. ? Bo explained and went above and beyond to clear up the small confusion. I was very impressed. Thank you Bo!!!
I will just leave this here and you tell me if the writing looks good to you or not ??♀️ I think my 4 year old could have wrote it better. All I got from the guy was well it doesn’t look very good….. really thanks.
The smaller than average order of fries was almost non existent. This needs to improve. Prices are up, portions are down, quality is way down.
Super friendly girls working! Looks like they have a good time! The guy in the kitchen on the other hand was so rude to the staff and used poor language to the girls. Hope this isn’t a consistent issue. Other wise it was super fast and tasty!
Beyond annoyed with this visit! Came in to get some treats and an ice cream cake. First the girl was scratching her face and hair and did not wash her hands before she started our order. When l asked her about it she just stared at me. Ok, whatever the kids just wanted their ice cream. Ordered a medium ice cream cone and got the picture attached. How is that a medium? Then had to ask for the rest of the order. The “manager” was standing right there just watching. We were the only ones in the restaurant and one car in the drive thru so I don’t understand how she could of forgot part of our order when it was 4 things!?!?
Worst DQ I've ever been to.Waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me. When we got the food it was cold. Ordered a basket and they charged us extra for a drink. I thought a drink came with a basket.Will not be back.
