I’m not one to leave a review but I’m hoping that this helps make a difference. I was through the drive thru on Friday morning/afternoon and ordered some icecream for my grandkids and I. I know that there drive thru seems to always be extremely slow so I plan ahead as best as I can. They placed me on hold and forgot about me for 5 minutes plus once I got to the window they handed us food that we didn’t order and our blizzards. I told them we didn’t order food and I hoped that I hadn’t paid for it and they said we didn’t but we can keep the food now that we touched it… we threw it away but then realized all of our blizzards were either wrong or half blended. We went inside and To make matters worse the woman decorating cakes was so rude to the staff I was in disbelief. I told the worker that mistakes happen and I wasn’t angry just upset and that I’m sorry if they got in trouble because of. Will be sticking to Dairy Queen on birch from here on out. Hoping this helps.
Their food, Blizzards, cones and desserts are always up to par. But drive thru service could certainly be improved. There is almost always a wait for an order, even with little cars in the drive thru.

Always have excellent quality cakes and great job at decorating. One of favorite ones to go too. Being the Chippewa one is closed half the year this one is the closest one to us. Haven't had any problems.
Never have had good luck with this dairy queen. Todays stop was just another reason not to come back.
Due to pandemic and short staff of just two the cashier did a wonderful job getting my foods ready for me.
It's DQ, you know what you are getting here. The only down side about this place is they are either understaffed or just super slow.
Place foolishly closes for winter. Could use a drive-up window.
If i could give no star i would. Absolutely worst experience we have ever had at a Dairy Queen and will not be coming back. Shows online they are open till 10pm we went thru drivethru at 9:15 with two vehicles. There was 3 kids working and they immediately turned the open sign off and wouldn’t respond at drivethru but all the lights were still on. We sat there for 5 mins then pulled around, they kids working inside then proceeded to hide from us at the window but we could still see them. So we parked and went to the door as we went to the door they walked up and locked them before we could get to them and laughed about it right in front of us thru the windows. Then sat on the counters and proceeded to talk and laugh and pretend like we werent there. Mind u while it was still only not even 930. We had to leave and go to the other Dairy Queen in eau claire. We are still blown away by the complete disrespect by the workers and lack of care. Have never been treated so horribly at a Dairy Queen…….
