Waited in line for 20+ minutes for 4 blizzards. All 4 were melted and would never have passed the upside down test, which was never done. They were placed in a carrier with no lids and made a huge mess. One blizzard was drinkable it was so melted. Also, I ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard and it was missing cheesecake. Service and quality has been steadily declining at this location.
Nice stopped in for a cone.All good.

Friendly staff, wait time is less than two minutes and they have great products. What’s not to like!
I'm not one to really leave reviews. I don't know if the mall location is affiliated with the others in town or not. But, I happen to be there a lot, walking around with my baby during the day and always stop by to get an orange Julius. The past few weeks has been very different there. There was always this shorter gal working and was always so sweet and funny. I haven't seen her lately, she may be in school now, probably college. I don't really want to ask anyone because the people that have been working when I've been there haven't even given good service. There's an older woman with short hair who is there sometimes, saw her even when the other gal would be working, I think she's the owner or something. Anyways, that woman was always so rude to that girl who used to work there, and even to the other employees too. Not so much when I'm at the counter, but I can easily hear her when I walk by on my laps. I have made the decision to stick with star cup now though, if that's the way dairy Queen decides to treat their employees.
