Culver's has good quality products and is best known for its ice cream. The fries are crinkle cut and aren't my favorite, although that it just my personal opinion. Their burgers are good and well made but their single is very small. It doesn't fill up the bun or bread and is pretty thin. Culver's is also on the expensive end of burger chains. You are paying for quality, so be ready to pay more than you would at another chain.
Hands down, the best fast food you'll find. Everything prepared hot and fresh to your order. Takes slightly longer than other fast food places, but the quality offsets that easily. Friday fish fry, a staple in the upper Midwest, is on par with many Supper Club places I've been.
Do not go here. Go to the one by the mall. Every time I order Extra Crispy fries, especially today, they always come out soggy. Burger is never built correctly. Never again will I go to this location.
Good place to eat. Workers care about your food and staff gat you seated quickly.
So got a flavor of the day, strawberry chocolate parfait, and they literally just put frozen chunks (with ice) of strawberrys and hard chocolate pieces on top of vanilla custard. Not good.
Fast food of a higher caliber. Prices are decent, except the fish seems to be strangely high & doesn't even come with a drink (so the cost of it is more than most restaurants charge even for all you can eatl. Their buffalo chicken strips are amazing! Good ambiance & you typically get what you pay for.
I love Culver's. But I can't understand why this one is so slow. Second time I've been here and I've waited over 30 minutes for my food. If they can't keep up with the orders inside, then they shouldn't have the little hunting shack open to take orders... food was luke warm too.
Food fantastic definitely a hit. Suggestion though if the drive through a super busy it may help your workers to take the car make and color down with the orders.
I am a huge fan of this location. The service can be a bit slow during dinner rush, but that's due to a lack of staffing. The food is always great and their attention to detail is amazing. I ordered a double mushroom and swiss basket with a large root beer. They informed they were out of large cups. I was disappointed and apparently the gentleman who took my order could tell. He gave me a small and medium root beer to solve the issue. It really made my day. I would suggest this place again and again.
Absolute worst culvers. This is probably the 4th time this has happened, and I'm finally frustrated enough to write this review. I have had many bad experiences with this specific culvers, constantly messing up my order or I'm spending an absurd amount of time in the drive thru for "fast" food. I just waited 20 minutes for 2 kids meals in the drive thru (10:50am isn't at lunch rush). I called them because I thought my order was lost in the system as every car who arrived after me who ordered adult meals and concreate mixers were getting there's. The lady who answered the phone was rude and said that my order was coming out now. When my order finally came to my car, my order was wrong and I had to send it back. I didn't get great customer service, nor any compensation (the messed up ice cream would have been ok to get as I waited for my 4 chicken tenders, 2 small fries, and a single scoop of custard). Don't waste your time, I'll be going out of my way to go to a different Culvers.
