I felt sorry for staff, pretty sure the guy taking my order was in his first week. I had some trouble with the menu, but I don't frequent sub shops, guy wasn't very helpful. Said no cheese as well, lactose intolerant, cheese all over it. Both card readers "timed out", finally able to pay cash and now also have a charge on my credit card.
I go into the store and ask to pick up an order, I have an employee look around and he asks if the cook is making it and she says to him "I don't think that's really your concern."So I piped up, well it's my concern, and if it's not ready then I'm going to need to leave.No response and I'm not looking forward to ever coming back.
The staff was awesome!! Had a decent order, it was 7:57. They close at 8pm. They were welcoming, gracious, and happy to take his order. Philly cheesecake sub was DELICIOUS!! THANK YOU ????
Best staff ever. My husband and I walked in last minute and the staff was awesome. I am in the food service business and they were so nice and friendly. Will stop again. Thank you. ?

I only stop here once a year, but now that covid restrictions are lifted will be in more often. Cheaper and better flavor than subway. Love the fries.
Go here for my Ham & Pepperoni melt when I get the craving. It's great every time, that's why I keep coming back.

10 stars! Living 2 hours away in Minnesota I'm always craving a cousins and anytime we are driving through Eau Claire we have to stop. We are never dissapointed.Service is always quick, staff is friendly and the food is SO good. $30 for 3 sandwich combos is affordable IMO.I'm picky and I always add on things like cheese, extra mayo and pickles. And They've always got my order correct. Please please never close!!!!!!!! See you next time when we travel through.
