Had lunch with a friend. As always they were quick and listened as we ordered. One down side was that the taco shells were broken, however the did not hesitate to replace them. Great work!

Great new location in town and has a drive thru option which is a nice. The burrito are always good and fast with portion sizes enough for two. The staff is great and move a line along during peak hours. Plenty of parking as well!
Ordered catering for a bridal shower, a once-in-a-lifetime event! They just had to make the food, we were picking up. Four hours before our event, I happen to check email and they cancelled. They left us stranded for our daughter’s bridal shower four hours prior! Just not o.k. to ruin the day! Very unhappy with their poor service!!!!
The staff was friendly and the store was fine. But fifteen minutes after eating here my friend and I had instant food poisoning. The burritos we got here were the only things we ate all day and we have been throwing up and on the toilet for the last hour. I don’t know if someone didn’t wash their hands, or if the food was cross contaminated, or produce unwashed…but please be weary of going to this location!
We went Friday May 6. Person before us got a great looking burrito bowl. Ordered the same. Unfortunately our bowl was half the size. It would have been great at a $6 price. My husband git a regular burrito,, i thought we went to taco bell considering the sizes. Except for the oruce. I'm wondering if the girl bought the ingredients out of her own pocket, and that is why she was so stingy. I was frustrated I couldn't even say anything to the girl who made it. Plus they ran out of corn and pico sauce. I can't see us ever going back to Chipotle again.
When I walked in earlier in the night there was a line to the door. But when I went in for dinner later the line was gone and the restaurant was cleaned up about 3 hours later. Actually got in line and got my food fast and fresh. Tasted great even though they were out of lettuce. But I expected it with how many college students I had seen their earlier. Really good first time at this location.
This Chipotle is a big disappointment in comparison to the one by the mall. I’ve been here probably 10 times and not one time has my order been as expected. I always ask for extra lettuce and I swear I get half the normal portion. They don’t do the same portion size of meat as the one at the mall, they’re frequently out of things. For example, last time I was there they were out of chips, this time they were out of white rice and pico. The restaurant is also very frequently dirty which is so weird considering that it’s so new. I also don’t understand how so many people can be working but it seems like nothing is getting done and you can’t get service? This location is most convenient for me but I’m going to start driving the extra few miles to go to the mall location. Please get it together you guys.
Great additional location in Eau Claire, this one is less busy than the one by the mall and cleaner. The drive thru is additional good option for all. Good to see the redevelopment of front of the former Shopko. The one of the best burritos you can get!
Awesome food. They need to build one in menomonie, Wisconsin.
