Love Caribou coffee! I get the large cold press w an extra shot of expresso light cream & sugar... They get the blend perfect everytime!I do prefer the N. Clairemont and 53 locations more for trestment of customers.
Usually very good vanilla lattes today must have needed to clean out the machine as tasted more bitter. I like the variety they offer like the honey lavender.
I wasn’t going to write any kind of review up until this morning when I pulled up at the drive through, and the people are always super nice, but I am very upset that this is the third time now I’ve ordered coffee and there’s huge chunks of coffee grounds in it, and some people may think that’s not a big deal, but these are some pretty spendy drinks, to have to pay almost $9 for the iced coffee you want and then turn around and take a big sip of chunky coffee grounds, that is disappointing… now I have a full drink sitting on my desk melting because there’s more coffee grounds than there is drink.
My favorite coffee shop. Much better option than starbucks.

I love the order head feature through the app. It's so nice to think about what you want ahead of time and then pay for it and just walk in and grab it off the counter!They're bacon gouda souffle is delicious and a favorite is their chai tea lattes and chocolate croissants.
Decent place for a quick breakfast. Some items are not so appetizing though. I regretted getting the chicken biscuit.

Went there today to get a bagel lox and smear. . Was told , no substitutions on what kind of bagel you get for your sandwich. WTAF? It’s a bagel. Why be in the business of bagels at all of you can’t pick your bagel? I didn’t get get my breakfast here. I call their customer service as was told they don’t make the sandwiches fresh any more it’s all pre made. Apparently they can’t run their own business model effectively. Why on on earth would I pay a premium price for a lox sandwich on a bagel I don’t want? It’s a shame cuz I’ve been tolerating these mediocre bagels for many years . I close by rewards account and won’t be back to any of their locations. I’m going to HY Vee to tomorrow to get the fixings for a proper bagel.
