Cute little coffee shop with nice options. Their drinks are absolutely amazing and the servers are friendly. I especially love their name and pronoun area for their workers. They have a shopping area that has coffee beans, mugs, chocolate covered expresso beans, and treats.If you are in the Eau Claire area I definitely recommend stopping by because the drinks are worth the price.
Girl who took order was awesome. The guy who made my order refused to speak or address the issue I had. Asked him 3 time why I didn't get a large drink when I ordered n paid for a large. All he did was shake his head. Once I finally took my drinks I got a thumbs up. Very unimpressed. Will go elsewhere.

Go out of my way to visit this store, the staff are some of the most friendly, wholesome individuals I’ve encountered in customer service. Shout out to to Wes, he always gets my mochas just right! Everyone else is phenomenal as well. Never been disappointed with this location <3
If you buy their whole beans and have them grind then they do not work it as part of their regular drink making even though it takes less time. Just be aware.

Fantastic. The iced tropical green tea (unsweetened) is a jasmine tea. Refreshing and my favorite. I don’t order the sugary drinks any more, so having an option like this is great when I’m tired of coffee.
Love Caribou and would choose it over Starbucks 10/10 times.
The cashier today was great! (Short blond hair. Sorry I don't know their name!) They seemed new but excelled at asking clarifying questions and ensuring we got the correct order. They also handled the person in front of us with poise and understanding. The customer was rude and demanding and the new staffer kept their cool. Thank you!
