I stopped going to this business. The wing sauces are tasty, but I only recall about 2 or 3 visits to this business being a good experience. The wait time is terrible, a waitress literally argued with me after she got my order wrong, and the prices are too high for the quality of food they actually offer. The only worthwhile time to go is BOGO nights, but I even stopped getting that. If the stars align and you get a good server, quick and fresh food, then it's good... otherwise you'll have better wings and service at any dive bar in the area.A final note - I would recommend you never order delivery... unless you enjoy soggy food.
Worst wait staff. Sat and waited while 2 other tables were waited on after we had been seated. Bartender stood behind bar, bullshiting with another waitress. 10 minutes later came to our table to say she was our server. The waitress that actually waited on us made up other drink orders that she took after ours. Forgot one of our drinks and the restaurant wasn't even busy. Terrible service.
Based on today's experience I would never go back to this Buffalo Wild Wings. I have been here many times in the past and had good experiences but today totally different story. Manager's attitude was very unprofessional and always had excuses and some of them didn't make sense. We all the sudden received our food right when the manager abruptly came to our table in a rude way after waiting about 45 mins for our food. We were not warned that it could be that long then we get the food and it's cold so it has been done for a while. We did receive a discount of approximately $8.
Stopped here with my wife and enjoyed a couple of drinks while we ordered our meals to go. Our bartender Nicole was great, personable, and attentive. The food and drinks were delicious as well.
I want to be extremely fair here. The bone-in honey BBQ wings were literally perfect/exceptional. However, the fries were inedible (how to describe the texture??) The texture was, that foam board you buy for your kids for school projects. In generally, I think it is safe to eat here for Chicken and Drinks... Just leave the appetizers alone, because those fries left me speechless. And, I almost forgot... they did not come with any of the cheddar dry seasoning that I purchased.
Horrible service. Food was very slow to arrive, and was cold when it came out. Our server never checked in with us and never asked about refills. Finally after having finished eating and sitting with an empty glass for ten minutes, I had to get up and go to the bar to get my bill. She apparently couldn't even be bothered to bring that by. The restaurant was not busy. I rarely write bad reviews, and I frequently tip 30% or more. Our servers deserve a good living. Tonight I tipped a penny. Probably one cent more than this level of service warranted.
My last two times trying to eat here have been horrible. The staff is super rude and unorganized. We had a table for 8 we were willing to wait. After 20 minutes of waiting we found out they never put us on the list and it would be another 30 minutes. So upset with my experience.
First time having BWW and won't be returning. The wings I ordered Lemon Pepper dry and could not taste any seasoning on them. They were also huge wings. I'm used to ATL's Lemon Pepper wings and this is not that. Waste of money in my opinion because I didn't even finish them. Oh and the fries were stale. I didn't find any of this out until I got to work.
There should be negative stars as well as positive ones. I went to dinner with my daughter and grandson and ordered a simple chicken sandwich. They received their meal and I never did. The waitress said she’d check on it, never went in the kitchen. Worse experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. When I spoke to the manager he said he could check on the sandwich, at that point I was done. Then he said he could box it up for me. Had I wanted a sandwich to go I would have gone to a fast food place. They took the sandwich off the bill, and the bill was still $40.00. Maybe they should train management how to deal with customers instead of insisting on boxing up food that come to the table. First time and the last time I will EVER step foot into that restaurant!!!!
