I have been going here since they have been open. I do the all you can eat. The portions are alot I always eat Sushi although they have a great variety of other things besides Sushi. I definitely get my money's worth! Never had a bad meal here yet and the Sushi is delicious!!

Went for lunch and got the buffet for 22 bucks a pop. This is the second I've ever gotten a meal for more than 20 bucks that i have thought was completely worth it. Looks like the menu changes sometimes, but between the four of us we got the mango salad x5, the avacado salad, salmon sushi x2, tamago sushi, unagi sushi, chicken teriyaki x2, beef teriyaki x4, salmon belly(really good), B.C. Roll, Sakura Roll x2, Salmon Dragon Roll, Fried Scallops x3, Gyoza, Crab Rangoons x2, Tempura Crab, Beef Undon, Chicken Fried Rice x2, Deep Fried Banana, Butter Pecan Ice Cream, Strawberry Ice Cream x2 and it was all good. The service was also phenomenal. This is one of the best Asian restaurants I've ever been to and if we are passing through Eau Claire again we will be sure to stop.

Fantastic food. We had the all you can eat. It was so much fun to try all the different dishes and they all were delicious.

Phenomenal. I went at lunchtime and got the "all you can eat" deal for $20. However, I did overeat. What can I say, the food was just too good haha. Although it's a sushi place, the waitresses were speaking Mandarin amongst themselves. Not a big deal, they were really attentive.

Absolutely recommend anyone who has a big appetite and loves sushi but is on a budget. Delicious well presented and incredibly fast. The service was also fantastic.

Went with some friends on a Saturday. Was pretty busy but service was still quick, we only waited a 5 mins before being seated. It was a great time trying all the different sushi and non sushi options with friends. If you don't know if you like sushi go with some friends and try some of each or their rolls. This experience was far better than my one in Chicago that did solely sushi. Many raw(authentic) and no raw(non authentic)options along with chicken, beef, veggie options, scallops. Was delicious, price wasn't horrible, 4 of us ate 25 of their smaller plates(1 roll per plate, 3 scallops, 3 spring rolls, ect.) Than we also took mango salad and a shrimp tempura roll to go. We cleaned every last bite up(friend said to go and if you didn't finish were subject to a slightly higher waste or to go fee)Bill came out to just above 100$ so 25$ per person before tip wasn't bad for the amount we had.If you are thinking about going here do it! Very clean, very fast service, fun way if ordering food, great time, very tasty. 10/10 would recommend and would love to go back again when I make it back to Eau Clare.

Visited for the first time today and we were very happy with our meal. I ordered the Kyoto Roll and the Dragon Roll, while my husband ordered the Fried Beef Udon. We also had the shrimp dumping with plum sauce appetizer (I can’t remember the name on the menu).Everything was absolutely delicious! The food came out very quickly and the service was great. My husband did say his Udon was quite salty, but that didn’t deter him from polishing it all off. There is an all you can eat option that I would like to take advantage of when I have a little larger appetite. It was explained very well by the server, and I love that it’s made to order and not a buffet style. We absolutely plan on returning and going with this option.I highly recommend giving Akame a try!

Very pleasant and prompt service. They offer All-You-Can-Eat sushi, which you order from a tablet, and is brought to your table as you order it. Non-sushi Japanese/Chinese items and meals were also available. We ordered a Party platter, which was a bit more economical for dinner for 4 people, and which allowed us all to try a variety of sushi. The sushi was very tasty and well-presented, with good amounts of each kind. One of our group ordered a more typical meal, which contained a very generous and reportedly very tasty main course, accompanied by soup and a green salad with a delicious dressing. The All-You-Can-Eat option is very intriguing, as you choose using a tablet with good illustrations and descriptions of the different offerings as you dine, keeping the tablet with you throughout the meal. This does provide the benefits of a buffet, while ensuring availability and freshness of the foods and permitting Social distancing. It is the best deal for lunch and for trying a wide variety of sushi, especially if you have a large appetite. The atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and cozy, while low-key. Would definitely recommend this restaurant and plan to return.

They are pretty decent, we would done there pretty frequently. Time before last they made a comment that they could charge us extra for a few sushi that were not optimal. They didn't charge because they knew us as regulars of their all you can eat. However, even telling us that they were going to charge us that time because they knew us, sorta left a bad taste. We went back one time with some friends, but it has dissuaded us, we now typically go to Shanghai Bistro

Very good, and all you can eat! You are given a tablet for your table, and just keep ordering what you want from there. The only suggestion I can think of is that vegetarian items should be clearly marked as such on the tablet.
