If I could leave zero stars, I would. We waited behind a car for ten minutes. In that time, we could hear the person repeating their order several times. When we finally get to the ordering box we are told, “we’re not taking any more orders at the moment because we have stuff to do”. It was 9:45 pm and they don’t close until 1am. The person was rude and told us to go to another restaurant since we complained about waiting then being told we couldn’t order. I will never go to this location again. I’m blown away by how rude and harshly we were handled.
How does a fast food chain run out of food? And not just one thing, they said they ran out of every single item. How do they plan on opening in the morning? From other reviews it seems like this location could benefit from new management....
This restaurant is a complete disaster! I seriously do not know how they are still open with the way it is run. I pulled in to see two employees messing around smoking by the dumpsters and walking around different peoples cars. I did not want to park near there so I pulled into a spot close to the window and saw a couple huge window length posters advertising for the Mexican Pizza. I walked in and tried to use the Kiosk to order as there was no one upfront. Both Kiosks were filthy and gave me error messages. I then had to call for one of the employees to come help me. I was completely ignored even though the they were standing 10-15 ft away. (this is not the first time this has happened, as the the last time I was there I stood there for nearly 15 minutes saying "Excuse me" and they literally were acting like I was invisible). Once someone finally acknowledged me I asked to order and they told me the upfront computers were not working either and they had to ring me up in drive thru. When I asked for the Mexican Pizza they said Taco Bell no longer sells that. Um, excuse me? You have it on the menu and have two huge posters on your window advertising it. The restaurant literally had no customers other than a couple drive thru orders and had two employees standing outside doing nothing. Seems strange they do not have the time to take down signs and cross the menu item out. After hearing this I ordered something else and the girl said ok and then came back and said "what was that again?" I repeated the order and she acted like it was the first time she had heard it. Then she asked what soda I wanted. I was so confused and asked "isn't it self serve?" and she was just like "oh yeah" and walked back to the drive thru window. It is obvious that there is no proper management and that the employees are really out of it and maybe on drugs. This type of service is absolutely unacceptable and very disrespectful. At this point I did not trust them or the food I was getting and did not want to support this location and went to a different one in Sussex where I got great service. If Taco Bell has an respect or decency they seriously need to get some major help as this is an absolute nightmare. Until then buyer beware and DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION, TAKE THE EXTRA TIME TO GO SOMEWHERE DECENT!!!
Asked for no sour cream like 4 times since i had to repeat myself that many times.I understand how busy it can be but there was just me and another person.Doordash i get can be hectic. But why make the people that want to go to the physical store suffer?Just please have someone that cares and respects customers.
Most definitely got horrible food poisoning from here. I knew Taco Bell wasn't great to begin with and stopped in after not having it for 3 years because everything else in the area was packed, and I see why there was no one in the drive thru. Writing this on day 2 with a horrible stomach. Even if my stomach wasn't a wreck, the food was put together with an obvious lack of effort. I imagine anything over 1 star is a fake review stay away!
Very rude drive thru person taking the order. Cut me off and asked if I was finished with my order after everything I said. Food was horribly made and placed in bad
Listen, I am not one to complain but I have been burned too many times now. If I could leave less than a one star review, I would. This service, food and location is THE WORST. This Taco Bell location is ALWAYS sold out of things, the things that they do have, are made either incorrectly or poorly, and this location is never open on the times that they are supposed to be open (per the times listed on the website and on Google). The staff is terrible, rude, and never gives you any time to reconsider what you want to order after they tell you that something is sold out. Overall Taco Bell as a whole needs to stick to a menu and stop constantly changing items that are popular or in demand. It is poor marketing, consumer reward loyalty, and in total.. makes it hard for an employee to want to work at a company that never has things in stock, and always has to delivery bad news to customers. Basically, do better Taco Bell. Do better.
Literally no meat in gordita crunch. Burrito was old and definitely sat out.
Food was very good, but no napkins or sauce. Come on... It is really that hard to bag a few napkins and some Fire Sauce? It was ordered and requested by using the app.
I ordered online at the Lisbon Ave restaurant. When I placed my order, I went to the drive-thru and the employee told me the store was closed. When I told them I made an online order, they told me to cancel it because they weren’t making it. There was another employee in the locked lobby sitting on their phone and eating food. I sincerely hope you aren’t paying these people. I’ve seen bad service, but this is ridiculous. If your store can’t find people, legitimately close it instead of having lazy kids blow the company’s money.
