HORRIBLE EXPERIENCEI tried to order my drink on the drive through and the person I was talking to was rude and not know what is she doing. I tried to tell her it is not what I wanted to order but she insisted ordering me that drink and said don’t worry I will make it the way you want. I ended up get the wrong drink and pay more for what she ordered me. I could not believe that they don’t let their customer order what they want and how they want it. I came back to the store and tell them what she did and they blamed it on me without knowing the story. The guy was in the store I am not sure if he is the manager . He was talking to me disrespectfully and he was so arrogant. He does not feel sorry or apologize for how bad his staff is but blaming on me that what I order is wrong . I normally never want to complaint . I own my business and I don’t need to get a FREE COFFEE. I just want them to get me what I want. I am a coffee drinker so I know what I order. I usually get the same one every times and I understand different Starbucks makes the coffee a little different even though they use the same recipe. However for them to purposely change my order and charge me more for it , It is ridiculous and and not professional. Wonder why I am up here seeing all 1 Star review on their google. I wish I could give them a 0 star if I could. Well I will never come back .
Line was busy, so they decided to fill our cupsWith water instead of COFFEE like we paid for! Offered a refund, but no to remake our two drinks as well…
If possible I would give it a 0.I understand people are running late but I showed up at 5 am when they all open at 5. I did a mobile order and called because at 515 no one had responded to the drive through window and was met with hostility and rudeness.If you’re running so far behind make a sign to let people know!Unacceptable
For some reason my coffee was on the weaker side for a Starbucks but nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
Very friendly workers and the restaurant is very clean.
The layout of the store is decent. Service was efficient. The acoustics were pretty good. Easy to speak with someone at my table. Came with a friend.
I made a mobile order, and the lady hands me my drink and says “the food will be right up”. So I wait, and wait, and wait. I waited 40 mins for my stuff, so I go up to the counter to see what’s the hold up. I show them my order number and stuff. Come to find out, my food was sitting in the counter the whole time, and the airhead they got calling names either purposefully overlooked it, or was just plain stupid.Plus their parking lot is ridiculously small for the amount of traffic they have, I had to squeeze between this huge box truck and another car to leave. Avoid this location!
I understand a lot of places are short staffed, but today this Starbucks closed 3 hours early. We went because there was a line. & I mean a long line . We all thought it closed at 7pm as Google suggests, but nope just like at least 6xs before today this location is closed we'll before they say there suppose to. 4pm on a Sunday! No sign on the drive thru menu box. Nothing. For some reason all the cars before us waited a few mins to see if someone was there so we had to wait in a 15 min like just to pull up and know right away it was closed. Smh
My order is always made correctly, and the order taker is nice; they get you in and out
Staff super friendly and helpful in the drive thru. Drinks were delicious.
