Absolutely horrible. The rudeness is beyond controllable at this point. I come three to five times a week to this location and spend pretty money you would expect them to make your drink right and if not you would ask them to be kind about it when you have to get it remade. I have only had one drink come back right. My drinks are not complicated simple lattes simple iced coffee nothing spectacular. Let's get people with more respect at this location and maybe more training I would advise going to a different location. And I would not recommend the one up the road on Mayfair as well it's just as bad.

Stopped in for Starbucks drive thru. Tried the Egg bits and bacon and egg breakfast sandwich with coffee. Hot coffee of the day 5 Stars... Breakfast food taste 4 Stars... (Not a fan of nuked croissants) Service 5 Stars... Wait in drive thru line 3 Stars. Staff is friendly and attentive.
Placed an in store pick up because it was available to order on the app. Once we got to this location for our pick up time we found out in store pick up was not available. Then had to wait in the drive-thu line for 20 minutes to get melted drinks. Staff was not friendly at all.
This store doesnt follow any hours. They open when they like and shut the door when they dont want to open. Its weird busy bluemound road doesnt have proper starbucks.
The service was the worst. Came 12/28 around 3:50pm. Two younger girls, looked like high schoolers, were so rude. First off had to keep waiting for them to finish their conversation to get help. Then I asked if the passion tea lemonade was caffeine free and she said no nothing is caffeine free excerpt lemonade sorry. So I got my daughter a lemonade instead come to find out by looking it up it is caffeine free. My husband said as soon as I turned around she would rolled her eyes and made a face at me to the other girl. Best part was when the lady after me asked for a Carmel frappe and they said they were completely out of Carmel, as I’m literally staring at two bottles of Carmel. The one who told her they were out at a smirk on her face until we made eye contact.Very rude and unwelcoming.
I came and left. There was only a drive thru line which was too long.
I had an online order, for the new ICED chestnut praline latte. With vanilla sweet cold foam and a bagel. When my order arrived they gave me a hot one. That is not what I ordered and I did not get a bagel. When I specifically ordered an iced one and I ordered a bagel. I tried calling multiple times they do not answer their phone. I usually never write bad reviews I never get mad at Starbucks but this honestly upset me because I waited a whole 30 minutes for my order and did not receive anything I ordered
Rude staff. There are plenty of other Starbucks, I won't be going to this one again. I'm sure it means nothing to the young woman I dealt with today that I won't be back but her actions and words reflect on her coworkers and other Starbucks employees.
Great service love the coffee and I can sit and take a break and charge my phone for a bit.
