It is so disappointing the Starbucks about 1.5 miles away closed instead of this one. Definitely can tell the management here is sub par.

Great drive through service. Had a large order and they were able to make everything at a high rate. Would be a 5 star but the way the location is set up, it's hard to get in line without effecting traffic

I love this Starbucks store, their employees are always friendly and have great customer service. Thank you to all their staff, you make this place pleasant to stop and get our morning coffee.

Since the inside is still closed every time you order from mobile app you wait in drive through 10-20 minutes depending on the day. The drink is Luke warm from sitting too. Avoid this location if you want fast service and a fresh drink. People are nice there but they’re apparently not set up to handle the amount of customers ordering. This is the norm at this location and not just a one off experience.

Ok I understand people's frustration with the lobby not being open when they want it to be so. Google needs to update the status and we all need to give the place a break! Saw one woman walk up to the front door and still try to get in with a sign clearly indicating only the drive through is open. With Covid 19 and staffing issues this is the new normal for now. Drive through is fast and excellent!

They are clealy under staffed during evening hours. Long queue and moving slowly. Otherwise staffs are good.

Line for drive through was really long and dine in was closed for some reason. I'm just going to keep going to the one on bluemound more towards wauwatosa.

Be careful with this location, they are really deceiving!! I place my mobile order online and pick it up IN STORE. Only to find out as I walked to the entrance that their doors are locked and there is small sign saying that their lobby is temporarily closed. Didn't have time to wait in the drive thru so I got screwed out of my order. They should have had a sign outside that made it more clear that the lobby is closed! DO BETTER, BE BETTER STARBUCKS!

The service is great! The sadly are having staffing problems like most places right now but they are definitely doing their best even with less people! My drinks were delicious and the wait was worth it for sure.

My baby was in the car with me and was crying. I apologized while I was ordering because I knew she was loud. She was just fed and changed too so I was feeling at a loss. I was having a really bad day and they left me a note on my sandwich that helped me feel better. You guys are wonderful! Thank you <3
