We came up from Indiana to visit friends and watch Without Annette. We had a great time. The service and food were great as well.
Great lodge-esque feel venue with awesome food. Our server Martine was excellent...friendly, personable, yet quick, and accurate. Even accommodate my "special" drink order. Had a lot of fun. I highly recommend the bacon-wrapped mozzarella sticks for an appetizer. They roll them there. Wonton wraps, then spiral wrapped with bacon. So good I will never look at non-baconated mozzarella sticks the same way again. I wish my picture of them would have turned out because they look as good as they taste.
Went to see the band I use to work with here, an talk about one heck of a night. It was rather busy this Saturday night, however, the bartenders were stellar. Several of them behind each bar. Making drinks fast, accurate an even taking orders as they were making one. Very nice visit here an I have to get out here on a weekend again.
We've been there twice for Cherry Pie and have enjoyed the evenings. Pleasant staff, reasonable prices and the restrooms have always been clean. I would give it 5 stars, but there has never been enough seating. We had to stand the whole evening the 2nd time there.
I love the bartenders. The staff recognizes me every single time I'm there. They also remember my drink of choice! Now that is OUTSTANDING!

Awful experience. It will be difficult to give the full picture of our experience. This was our first time at this establishment. We walked in the door just after 11:30 am on a Saturday. We were seated in the bar area and there was one table seated-who were eating and 5-6 people at the bar, who were not eating. One of the bartenders came out and took our drink and food order. So far, so good. The drinks came right away. We watched as more and more customers came in and took seats. Some were obvious “regulars” as they were greeted by name. There was apparently a large group in the dining room area. The bartender came and took our order for drink refills and brought the refills. This was the last time she came by our table. But I observed her stopping at other tables - many visits to apologize for the delay with the food because of the large group in the dining room. Again, we were not directly told this, I just overheard her. Our glasses were empty, no food in sight, nothing. I observed some of the “regulars” get there food in an acceptable amount of time. These people came in 20-30 minutes after we placed our order. We watched 15-20 trays of food coming out of the kitchen during this time. One hour and 15 minutes after we ordered, someone from the kitchen delivered our food. Glasses still empty. No condiment carrier brought. I got up and retrieved one myself, as I had observed the other servers when they delivered food to other tables. We ate our meal, no check in from anybody to see if we needed anything. Refills would have been nice. We were done, placed napkins on our plates, and 15 more minutes before we could get the servers attention to ask for our bill. She dropped it off, and did not ask how everything was. I watched her engage with other customers. It was like we were invisible. I left cash to cover the bill and a minimal tip. I will not be a repeat customer. The offer of a free beverage while we waited would have made a huge difference. Acknowledgement of the extremely long wait would have made a huge difference. We were nothing but nice when she did engage. I guess they have enough customers and do not need our business, or the business of anybody we know as we will let them know how awful this experience was. For the sake of future first time customers, do better.
They have the best food around & the best music around! It's a great atmosphere, the staff are super nice & work really hard! We won't go anywhere else for a great night out with friends!
Called in a to-go order. Was told 30-35 mins. It took an hour and 15 minutes to get food. They hadn't even started my food when I got there to pick it up. Everytime I checked in they kept telling me it was almost ready or just 2 more minutes. Actual food was just ok. Cuban not pressed. Waffle fries under done.
