On a Tuesday night, there was 1 waitress who was doing an incredible job. She was handling the multiple tables well and was timely even though she was the only one serving tables. I give it two stars because I feel as if management could have done more to help her. Whether that be pulling in more people, rearranging the current staff, or something else. Unfortunately, it feels a bit odd waiting 20 minutes when 3/4 of the restaurant is empty at a busy mall such as this one. Again, waitress was amazing but it's hard to rate it high under this circumstance.
Usually like to go here. the 3 of us were all dissatisfied today. there were only a couple customers eating which makes it about 90% empty when we arrived. they told us and the couple that walked in behind us that there would be a 10-15 min wait for a table. wait. what? The place is empty.So we sit and wait.The lady who sat us was very pleasant and apologized for the wait. Our waitress was so- so. Took forever to get served and drinks were flat (that Isn't her fault).food came and the burger was ok- had great taste. the fries however are a different story. They came loaded with garlic and were COLD. there's NO reason for cold fries or food for that matter.we asked for more Hot Fries with NO Salt or garlic. when they arrived, they were hot, but full of garlic again.This isn't rocket science. Just make what we order.If you're going to charge higher prices, we all expect better quality and food to be hot, fresh and cooked to order.
Overall, despite recent price increases, still competitive. If you want to sit at a full size table, be prepared to wait quite a while. Do what I do...get a table in the bar area. You won't have to wait long at all. Makes sense for them to do this, as people tend to order more drinks when the bartender is showing them attention.
Food was excellent and our server was FABULOUS!! But the wait was awful. The place was nearly empty, yet we didn't get seated for almost 20 minutes. I felt really sorry for the gal because she appeared to be the only server on shift AND seemed to be bartending at the same time. Still, she was impressively cheerful and as attentive as possible under the circumstances.
Delicious. Great service, good food, great atmosphere. Had the new Scorpion gourmet burger mid-rare. So yummy!!! My dad had the Cheesy Bacon Fondue burger!! That sauce was phenomenal!! Dipped fries in it and it was super yum!yummy!! Good drink prices. Had some blue drink and it was great!!
We took our daughter here for her birthday...this is not a review of the staff because they were clearly understaffed, they only had one small section open and I think there were only two servers. The food however was terrible, two members of our party had the chicken wrap and it was ice cold and dried out, it had obviously been prepared in advance and refrigerated. Two people had burgers and the portion sizes were much smaller than what we received during previous visits despite the prices being higher. $14 for a small, dry (ordered "some pink") burger and cold steak fries + $3.50 for a soda is ridiculous. Hopefully once COVID flattens out the food will return to it's previous quality but for now you should definitely avoid.
I will never come to this location again, my egg was not cooked over hard. It was still slimy and it was burnt on the edges. The bacon was so crispy it just crumbled. So disappointing. I even waited a while. When I asked to speak to a manager, he said he's not coming out he's doesn't have time. The restuarant was not busy at all. The waitress didn't even ask if I just wanted the bacon and egg made over. I also got a side salad that was suppose to be 1.99 so after they took the burger off, I paid 6.49 for a side salad. I was so upset, I just paid and left. I was clearly getting no help
I hope you can see I sent back the salad the first one because it had bacon and chicken in it wasn't suppose to have either. Then got this one to go and same thing bacon and egg croutons and tortilla strips. I don't eat pork! My salad was like two or three different salads in one. Very disappointing!
It's a RR. Nothing new there. What makes a restaurant is the service. Justin was amazing. Probably one of the best servers we've had...ever. Rest of staff was great too.Remember...EVERYONE is short staffed. Dont be a douche if you are gonna go out. If you plan on it...stay home.
Always love the food there! The on hand staff were really helpful during orders as well. Only little qualm is that there was a bit of a wait due to low staffing.
