After waiting for almost 5 minutes at lunch today for someone to acknowledge me at the front counter, I decided to walk out and never come back. The three workers were chatting away with each other without ever saying hello or making eye contact. They continued to make order after order for online customers and completely ignored me, so I ended up going down the road to Chipotle instead which was much more enjoyable for my lunch break. #BadCustomerService
Wow I thought I was the only one! For some reason it seems like qdoba only hires extremely rude people. I haven’t eaten here in years due to the lack of good customer service and also they took away the gumbo sauce
For a few minutes before asking for my order, the woman behind the counter open mouth coughed without a mask and complained loudly that her shift wasn't over yet. Openly bickered with the cashier who seemed to be near tears. Very weird experience. Openly commented when a visibly non-white family parked in front of the restaurant that "at least they'll only order ground beef." Extremely weird.

Had a lunch meeting. Super fast pick up to go order. Curbside pick up and online ordering available. Was very busy. But had great safety measures in place.
Here we go. I was greeted when I came up to the counter, it at least I think I was, it was hard to tell if the employee was talking to me or the person talking in her ear bud she had in. While it was impressive that she could hold a conversation with someone in the phone and make my food I argue I was a distraction for her. She confirmed this when she left my two burritos half made and walked away. Eventually another employee picked up where my food was left. I had ordered two totally different burritos but the employee put both of them in one bag with no markings as to which was which! I asked if she could simply write steak on one she abliged. But wait, when I got to work and began to eat I find they where miss labeled! In closing, Chipotle is right down the road. Head over there.
Have been here a few times and will not come back. Staff was eating their lunch behind the counter! Bathrooms were disgusting and eating area was not clean. Not sure if the owner is aware or doesn’t care.
Ordered two meals tonight and they were not very hot and were just ok. The lobby was a mess with dirty tables and napkins. The floors were really sticky as well. I also noticed when I went to throw away the trash that the garbages were over flowing. Normally I wouldn’t complain because I have worked in food service for a restaurant chain and know how it is sometimes and they possibly could of got slammed before we were there but when things are like this and you see one person doing food prep and the other two either taking or sitting on their phone up front where guest can see them is not a good look in my opinion. I know it’s hard to find workers these days and I try to be polite and patient but when you see a mess at an establishment when some people are just standing around or on their phones it doesn’t give a great image and It makes me think twice about visiting again. If it looks like this up front how is it in the back that you don’t see.
I only been there a few times the food is OK but the customer service is top-tier. I don’t know their name’s but they’re super funny and I always leave with a smile on my face A+ for customer service!
