Don't advertise promotions on social media and via email like today's BOGO promo if you can't handle the business. I ordered through the app 2+ hours ahead of my pickup time, figuring that would give them enough time to work on it.When I arrived AFTER my pickup time, my order hadn't even been started yet. The pickup shelf was completely empty. After waiting 15 minutes along with dozens of other customers, I gave up, canceled and left.We used to go to Potbelly every single weekend. Will take our business to a competing sandwich shop from now on that can competently handle orders.
We come here to eat often and they used to close at 5 PM now they close at 4 PM. I got there right at 3:59 and as I’m walking up to the door instead of allowing me in and serving one more sandwich they opted to lock the door turn their back and walk away. I’ve been a business owner for 22 years I’m pretty sure they could meet us one more sandwich. I wish I didn’t love their food so much but now we have to drive to the other side of Brookfield to get what we want because they can’t stay open for one more minute. He watched me walk up to the door that’s the funny part
Food was perfect. Customer experience was the same. We love Potbelly's for their consistency and quality. Sandwiches, soups, salads, cookies, all good in their hood. Yummo!
Just like most locations, this place is the bomb. The Wreck has always been my all-time favorite sandwich and you guys make it perfect. I never order anything else.
We love Potbellys! It's a real bummer that this location is only open until 4pm. We used to order it for delivery at least once a week and been missing being able to do so.

Sad to say not impressed at all.. We heard good things and tried it out and will never return again! The bread was hard toasted I get that but way too tough and too toast it.. Big negative.. slathered with mayo oily lacking quality on the lunch meats other than what their menu states far from quality!!!
