The food here is an experience. Dishes are served with locally sourced ingredients. Adding an extra touch to each plate. The environment is calming and rustic and pleasant to the eyes. Dishes are on the smaller side. Overall a great place to eat that is out of the ordinary of most restaurants in the area.

First time for me! Fantastic! I had medallions with the PS23 hash. To die for! Added creamed corn as a side. So flavorful! My friend had salmon that was perfect! Definitely call to make reservations day-of. Place was hopping at 7pm on a week night! Outlet drinks were amazing too! And I wish I could remember our servers name…taller young guy, great personality! Very attentive!

Overall nice experience. Great food, fresh and tasty. Waiter was friendly and gave us some great suggestions as well as telling us the history of the restaurant. Clean and comfortable

Come for the food, not the wine. We were very pleased with both the chicken pot pie and the shepherds pie. Not overly salty, which was a nice surprise. I was also surprised that the shepherds pie came with seasonal vegetables (green beans and carrots), which were very good (crisp not mushy), but the pie had plenty of carrots and peas, so a side vegetable was more than necessary. We also ordered the Parkside hash (parsnips, carrots, mushrooms, and Brussel sprouts), which was excellent. However, we were very disappointed with the wine list. We checked the wines on the internet and I think only two retailed for $20-$25/bottle. Most of their wines are in the $10-$12 a bottle range. But the food was very yummy and we will be back for the food. The atmosphere was busy but not noisy. Tables were decently spread apart. You have to make reservations on the day of the visit, so be prepared to call at 10am to get your preferred seating time.

This is one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. The food is great, the drinks are good, and the people are amazing. At one point my wallet fell out of my pocket and I didn't notice it. One of the hostesses kindly let me know as she was walking by. We are glad that we gave this place a try and it will for sure be on our "go to" restaurants for date night!

We had a wonderful dinner here with friends. First off, the service was terrific! Steve was one of the best servers we’ve ever had! Our bartender was also well above average! The restaurant has a farm to table model with a far-reaching menu. A number of the offerings are shareable. We loved the brussel sprouts and the artichoke dip. The house-made sweet potato chips were delightful; we could have made a meal of them. The pork fries were delicious, but very rich. The entrees were all very good! The smoked duck and the veal were real standouts. We shared a crème brûlée for dessert and it was a perfect finish to the meal.

My previous (pre-covid) reviews were much much higher. BOURBON AND HONEY DRINK - More ICE than Bourbon BLACK AND BLEU FLATBREAD Menu Definition: Blackened tenderloin, bleu cheese, horseradish cream, Mozzarella, arugula, caramelized onions, red pepper - Never saw or tasted any caramelized onions, horseradish cream or blue cheese (which is normally hard to miss). Too much mozzarella – maybe covered up every other flavor? CHICKEN POT PIE Menu Definition: Butter baked chicken, sautéed vegetables, glazed puff pastry - Picture says it all – BURNT. No Puff to the pastry – burnt to a crisp. This should NEVER have come out of the kitchen. I did mention it to the server and they offered to take it back, but my husband was already eating his dinner. So I opted NOT to eat by myself on my birthday. Someone added additional Kosher salt on the pastry – NOT NEEDED and was way too salty (the inside contents were NOT that salty and were fine). We’ve had this before and the quality was not there. - I have to note that we were the ONLY 2 people in the restaurant – so WHY was this allowed to be burnt???? SHEPHERD'S PIE Menu Definition: Beef and stewed vegetables, mashed potatoes, Cheddar cheese, side seasonal vegetables - When it says Beef in the menu, I expect chunks of beef. Otherwise, it should say GROUND BEEF.

Saturday evening I had the best meal out in a very long time! We had the smoked duck breast and the tuna bowl. If I could give them 10 stars I would! We sat at the bar for both drinks and food, service and the bartender, great! It has been a while since we've been here and it won't be long till we return!!!

Some friends who live in the area invited us on a Saturday night. Our party of six was seated immediately at about 6pm. No reservations were taken for less than a party of 8 We did not have to wait. Our server was prompt and attentive. Our dinner started with craft house cocktails. Which were excellent. There were many menu selections. Something for everyone. The entrees were served kind of ala carte. So we ordered grilled vegetables, Brussels sprouts creamed corn and butternut squash risotto as sides to share. My pretzel crusted veal was delicious. The grilled salmon, shrimp and grits entrees were also very good. We will be back, for sure.
