I am very disappointed with the service (rather lack of) that I received from the Brookfield, Wisconsin location on Calhoun Road. At 6:45pm May 20, 2022, my family decided to get pizzas for dinner. I saw on Google, that the stores closed at 7pm so I tried to call 2 times to order. We were already driving in the direction, so we stopped in at 7:00pm. The lights were on, the OPEN sign was on, there were 3 employees & 2 customers in the store. The door was unlocked and I walked in. A worker was still making pizzas. I patiently waited my turn. After waiting several minutes, a employee walked up to the cash register and said, "Ma'am, we're closed". I pointed out that they were still OPEN when I walked in, and they looked at me dumbfounded and said nothing. I mentioned that I had tried to call and an employee said, "we've been busy." I said that nothing was put away and they said, "that's what we're going to do now." One employee then went and turned off the OPEN sign. The others took off their gloves and walked into the back. I'm now trying to help them out and un-busy them, since they can't provide basic service to their customers. So help them out and don't go here.
THIS PLACE IS GREAT. WE HAVE ALLDONE OUR MARTIS , DOMINOS AND THE LOU.FOR TIME EFFICENCY...QUALITY OF INGREDIENTS, EXPERT CRAFTSMANSHIP AND PRICE. THISPIZZA PURVEYOR CANNOT BE BEAT. HANDS ON NEW OWNER WHO REALLY CARES. MURPHYS IS A WINNER!
Like one of the previous reviews mentioned, If I could give this store a 0 star I would. As a former Manager of Two Papa murphy's locations my experience was Horrible at the store on Calhoun Rd. The Lady who answered the phone was VERY Rude. When I got there my order was not ready (I even gave them an extra 10 minutes from the 20 they quoted) I watched the lady make my order and was even more unimpressed. She did not add the extra sauce I asked for, They put a WHOLE CUP of tomatoes on each out my crust less pizzas. When it should have been the measurement for a MEDIUM PIZZA .She forgot the green onion, but when I asked for it I regretted the fact that I did. They are HUGE when they should be cut Very SMALL.This Post is so that the owner of the store can take control of this problem. Not only are you loosing Money from your employees not properly measuring but THIS IS NOT THE QUALITY YOU SHOULD WANT BEING GIVEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! I would suggest taking a look at your staff and their ranking because your Black Shirt Manager is NOT QUALFIED and in need of training to make sure that things run smoothly. He needs a backbone and to learn how to take charge of his staff. This was an Absolute Waste of my money and I will never be back to this location.
These guys rock! The pizza is always perfect. We went there last Tuesday to take advantage of their 10 dollar special and they were lined up out the door. Fast and friendly, they knocked it out of the park in about 10 minutes. Thank you!
Over the years I've been to 4 different Papa Murphy's locations and this one at Ruby Isle is the only one with poor quality pizza. I never had a problem with the other three locations.

Not in the neighborhood but I will travel to get what I want and that is an in-home bake yourself pizza. The staff are always friendly and the Tuesday special is worth the drive.
