Just spoke to someone regarding my online order and how it is 45 minutes late and he was very rude on the phone about it and said we are very busy and understaffed it’s on its way. First of all thats no way to treat customers and also a lot of us only have so much time delegated for lunch hour. This order was placed at 6:45 in the morning so it should’ve had no problem getting here when it was supposed to get here. The part that is more annoying is how rude the worker was!!
They could do a better job...but I can tell they are understaffed and underpaid. They don't really cares...but at $7.00 why would anyone??
Jesse Acker is the most handsome general manager that Panera bread can offer. His wife is a lucky lady. Erin Fischer is a hell of a woman. Brittany Perkins is one stone cold FOX. And who is that dashing devil behind the register? Rugged and ornery. I think his name is Dale? He is fabulous too! Oh! And that spicy and sexy Sandra Gomez on salads. She makes my world go round. Hell of a crew!
Casual business meeting location. Allows for conversation that Starbucks is sometimes hard to do because of the background music. Coffee tastes great and breakfast sandwiches are not bad either!
They're sprouted bread apple salad and vegetable soup we're all great! The order taker was very helpful. The tomato and butternut squash soup both said vegan on the menu board but they were not vegan. They have a book at the counter that they can check for ingredients in each product.
We ordered delivery for the first time from you guys a few nights ago, and I was extremely disappointed with how everything was packaged. The bag was left completely wide open with the bread just tossed in there. No evidence of the bag ever being sealed, so it was not the Doordash driver's fault. That bag had to go into the back seat of the delivery driver who brought me my food, so some of my food is just sitting in the open air of someone else's car where anything can land in it. Real nice. You only get 3 stars because you guys do have good food, but I will not order from this location anymore if it happens again.
Tonight I ordered a flatbread margarita pizza, salad & soup…When my order arrived I did not have the flatbread margarita pizza..I called and they said they realized the pizza was forgotten and was expecting a call (why wouldn’t they call me when they realized half the order was left??) I was told I could have a voucher for a free meal in the future as they weren’t sure “Door Dash” could come back and get what they forgot. I said no I would like the rest of the meal that was ordered…He said he would “ try and get my order to me” and made me feel like I was the inconvenience…Really poor customer service if you ask me…Extremely disappointed in Panera’s lately!!
Great service & friendly atmosphere
The new updates to the menu don’t excite myself much, however the food is still fresh and enjoyable and I enjoyed my soup salad and sandwich, the price is a little high, but I know I get quality food for that price, I just do not go very often but do love the food!
I ordered lunch for 3 people using a gift card via the Panera website using my Panera account. Food never arrived 2.5 hours later. Called, location said they have no record of the order BUT the gift card was debited. Decided to cancel the order and request a full refund back to my gift card. It was not an easy task and even now not sure my gift card was actually refunded.
