Their business model seems to be a two pronged approach that goes like this: “we don’t have that right now” or “sorry, your food isn’t ready yet.” If not for the fact that my kids love the fried chicken with the sugar sauce, I’d probably skip it altogether. A few weeks ago I was practically chased out of this location by the manager, who locked the front door 15 minutes before closing. Pretty sure that’s not even legal, pal. The ropedclosed fire door will probably get you a citation, too. I ordered online 45 minutes ago and even came in a few minutes late in the hopes my food would be ready. Nope! Just watched two people wallk out. The time for excuses about the pandemic affecting business is over. Fix this.
My fiance and I stopped in for lunch and the Asian man taking our order was just looking for a fight. He was just being really difficult and I kind of got the vibe that he might not be all there in the head. I turned to my fiance and said, what does he want? I was referring to our son. Right away the man said, I am a HE!!! I AM NOT A SHE!!! I AM A MAN!!! I explained to him that I did not say she and I was referring to my son. A woman that also worked there came over to see what was going on and the man stormed off. We were all left standing there confused. My fiance was really upset about how the man acted so we just walked out. I will never go back. It was just an awful experience!
I've been seeing a lot of people who dislike the service of this place. If you want no mistakes or issues you need to go inside the store, otherwise what you receive might be hit or miss.I've personally been in the drive thru many times and had great service but then stopped doing that when a high schooler filled ice to the top of my soda cup and filled the soda halfway up the ice. Ever since then I've had no problems.Giving 5 stars because I come here to eat only when I am on a budget and want something sweet and savory. The review here is more on the establishment as opposed to the actual food being served because, come on, it's flipping panda express. I'm not expecting 5 star chinese fine dining. When I walk in (which you should always do, you get better service), the place looks clean, the staff looks clean, and food is being actively prepared in the back, which you can see. Their lower ordered food is made in limited batches to prevent it from getting gross from sitting on the warmers for potentially hours of no one eating it. You can still order it if there's none on the heater, you'll just have to wait like 10-15 mins, which is fine because it's fresh.Depending on the server/cashier, you might get your plate/bowl loaded with your entree, but they typically do not skimp on anything. The rice is definitely loaded up in there though, and if you're willing to voice your desires respectfully, they are usually receptive and will add a little more or less of what you want.I think their bathrooms may be closed still due to covid, but I always get takeout so I don't care about that.My go to balanced order is the plate with the first entree being orange chicken, the second entree being broccoli beef, and the side being fried rice. I usually ask for a little more broccoli because I use it to balance the sweetness of the orange chicken out so I don't feel gross after I eat all that food. If I'm not starving, it can sometimes last me 1 and a half to 2 meals.
I know you could’ve put some sauce on my chicken Rachel. Completely rude to me about it too. Look it’s so dry. And I asked if I could be a manager or even just apply and she said “no.”
I ordered a lunch and delivery from the website. My order arrived early at my place of employment. When I looked at the food I realized that it was not what I ordered. I immediately called the store. The person I spoke to said that the driver picked up the wrong order. I then asked if they could deliver the correct order. I was told I had to come to the store to get my food as they had no one to deliver it. Frustrated, I agreed to drive to get my food. I asked if I could get a refund for the delivery fee and was told I had to take it up with corporate. This was my first experience and last experience with Panda Express.
Got the chow mein, orange chicken and teriyaki grilled chicken. The chow mein was pretty bland and dry so I wish I got extra sauce with it. The chicken was a highlight and for $9 overall it was really filling. All the staff were kind and knowledgeable.
I had the Beijing beef, Kung Pao Chicken, and Super Greens. Everything was fresh, great service.
Amazing Panda!!! Billy was awesome great energy and service with a smile! Food was fresh and DELICIOUS!Definitely cleanest and best Panda in Milwaukee area!
Today, Jan 20, I placed an online order for pickup. Paid online as well. Received an email confirming my order. No pick up instructions in the app or in the email. So after spending 10 minutes (of my 30 minute lunch break) in the slow moving drive thru behind 3 other cars I was told I had to pick my order up inside. After another 5 minutes of being ignored, I finally get my order. When I inquired as to why I needed to come inside to get my order (I have used the drive thru in the past with no issues) I was told it was “manager policy”.Well Mr Manager, I had total reconstructive knee surgery at the end of last year and am still recovering from it. My knee barely works in the cold (today was 4 degrees Fahrenheit). In a time when literally every restaurant has curbside and drive thru pickup, I needlessly have to find a parking spot and limp my way inside? I won’t be back to this location.
Everytime I come here the people who run the drive-thru are always so nice! They are also honest about how long the food takes if they need to cook more which I really appreciate!
