Perch was good as was the chicken tortilla soup
Would give it a solid 3 for the ambiance and 5 for the food, hence a 4 overall rating. The place has a funky looking exterior, almost beat down. The inside of the restaurant had a funny smell. Tried their Ruben sandwich and it was very good. The waitress was nice and friendly.
Food was fantastic. Service was fabulous. Nicole is a really nice person. Very attentive to her customers. She did a great job for being the only one for quite a while.

I love O’Sullivan’s!!!! I, along with 5 of my friends had lunch there recently. The food, as usual, was delicious. But not only that, because after lunch we played Sheepshead there!!!! Both Sue and Nicole were VERY accommodating and they gave us the perfect table for playing cards!!You guys are Awesome!! Thank you !! I know we will be back!!!
Tonight's St Patrick's meal was really bad...we ordered 2 shepherd's pies. There was ample meat, but it was dry and unseasoned. There were very few veggies (I believe they were frozen carrots and peas) and a super thin layer of mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes are a pretty critical part of any shepherd's pie...but sadly this thin layer had a solid coating of paprika which ruined them. Once scraping the paprika off, the dish was edible but disappointing. There wasn't one nice satisfying big bite of mashed potatoes that most people who like that dish envision when ordering it.We are confused as to why this restaurant has a 4.6 review score. Perhaps they do a better job when it isn't a holiday? But it was a total waste of money for us...thus the low review score.
Real mashed potatoes was a wonderful and delicious surprise in addition to the very tasty fish fry I enjoyed. It was a "Cheers" atmosphere from start to finish with a very friendly staff (and customers too)! I will definitely make this a a neighborhood go-to place whether it's for food or just a cocktail or two!
