Food gave me diarrhea because of old vegetables and found a metal wire of a scrub pad in my food ,twice! On seperate occasions
I decided to try this place since I work nearby. The fried rice had a burned taste, the Chinese fried chicken was very dry & overcooked, and the beef & broccoli had a weird taste to it. My entire meal was a disappointment & waste of money.
Overcooked food, poor spices, not going back ever. Four times in a row. Sad......
Great food owned by even better people
No good, little flavor, over cooked
We've been ordering from here for years but lately I don't know what the problem is. Their eggrolls used to be really good and they tasted homemade but now they're mushy and tasteless except for the grease they're fried in. The Chinese Fried Chicken used to be moist on the inside and now it's dry or completely missing the chicken and tastes like it's been cooked a 2nd time to warm it up. The rest of the food is sticky rice, stringy meats, mushy vegetables, tasteless and greasy. I know I can spend $50 on a much better Asian dinner at a minimum of 2 Asian restaurants in the area. Definitely will not be patronizing Ming's again nor will I be recommending them.
Felt like the food was bland and fried food was cooked in dirty oil.
After reading the reviews, I was a little concerned about ordering from here since people seem to love it or hate it. My son raved about the appetizer sampler and egg foo yung, so we went ahead and tried it. I will say that everything we had tasted very good. Egg drop soup was flavorful, shrimp egg foo yung was very good. Chicken delight had lots of vegetables, tender chicken and a delicate white sauce. Shrimp kung pao had options for heat and hubby really liked it. Lots of shrimp. Egg rolls are very good, too. Not a thing to complain about. I will say that the portions are small. If you are really hungry and order the first size option, it will be a pint which is only enough for one or maybe 2 people if you use rice. If you want a lot of food, order the quarts.
Egg rolls were very good, orange chicken had great flavor , Mongolian beef was cooked well but the ratio of beef to veggies was poor and it lacked flavor, and the chicken fried rice had plenty of meat but not a lot of flavor. They were nice and cost for the portion was good.
Ate all my food delicious
