The nicest and cleanest McDonald's I have ever been too. Job well done by the management and staff.
Drive-thru is just the worst. Waited half an hour for a single frappe. Several cars I was in front of were helped first. Drink wasn't even correct when they finally brought it out. Avoid.
I don't goto McDonald's to often but I was in the mood for some breakfast and I haven't had the pancakes in the longest so I got myself the big breakfast. When I got to the truck it didn't have the pancakes. When I was in line the guy I was working with kept saying with or without I didn't get it until I looked in the bag. I was still happy with what I had it filled me up and I just put syrup on everything and put it down. It was better then what I thought. I will be back to get another one but this time with pancake. The eggs were hot and the coffee was strong. I had a great experience here and I will be back to eat again.
Not the best, but far from the worst, it seems as though the second I walked in, they seemed very annoyed, just by me merely existing in their establishment. I noticed anytime they'd serve another customer food, they tended to be a lot more courteous and friendly, but when serving me, they seemed to have an attitude and would give me weird looks. It took me a while to process the fact that the restaurant was kiosk only somehow even when there were massive signs indicating such, so that resulted in me waiting for 11 minutes at the counter, which is fine, it was a fault on my behalf, right? Well, I thought so as well until I realized they served others who were waiting at the counter for the EXACT reason, right away, without waiting 10 minutes to say something. The inside is modernized, exterior is traditional, and I think that's the only they they have going for it. I tend to be in this area a lot, being a local photographer, but I will try my best to avoid this location, if I can, although I do have to give them their credit where it's due, my order did arrive a lot sooner than I expected. Wait was almost non-existent.
Second update where rating dropped. After not going to this location for several months due to the reasons stated below, I have found that there has been no improvement. If this locations hours have changed, they need to be updated online. I have arrived at this location again after the posted open time that is listed, to an "open" drive thru to be told that they are not open.Morning service has declined. Ive arrived on several occasions within the last couple of months where the lights are on, drive thru appears open, people inside and no service.Customer service from the morning staff has also declined. Historically, the staff at this location have been pleasant and helpful...lately morning service staff have been short and seem inconvenienced.I would like to raise my rating again as I know there is a lot of potential. I had a 5 star rating and would really want to get those 2 stars back!
Don't use the app for pickup up. Took a while for them to bring out. When they did it tasted funnier that usual. ?
This Mcdonalds is the closest to my home but I will gladly drive out of my way not to go to this one. The person at the drive-thru is always rude and unprofessional when taking the order. The workers at the window always hand the change with the cash, which has on two occasions caused the change to slid to the ground. The window workers always seem like I'm inconveniencing them or act too casual towards me. On my last visit, workers were talking amongst themselves and one was swearing loudly while telling a story. It's always an uncomfortable experience coming to this location and I will stop giving it chances and will just drive a little further next time I'm in the mood for a milkshake.
First McDonald's in a very long time. Still McDonald's. Not good food but the staff was fast and food hot. They want you to use the kiosks to order so they have no one up front but only one kiosk open.
Employees were very curt. Asked for a 20 piece chicken nugget got 18 . . . Apparently counting to 10 twice is hard . . . Ice cream machine is down 96.4% of the time but what new there
I used to come to this McDonald’s every morning before my 6 am shift and no longer can. For almost two weeks now a sign has been printed and taped to the drive thru intercom that says: Maintenance cleaning, will be open at 6am. Before this sign appeared I would pull in at about 545 to the menu sign on and no response from whoever was inside. When I pulled up to the window in hopes of getting service the people inside acted like they didn’t see me, even after honking my horn and waiving. This happened twice roughly three weeks ago and then the signs appeared. Today I pulled in hoping to get food again before my shift and after seeing this sign again have decided I will no longer patronize this location. Very disappointing McDonald’s.
