Driver forgot the soda for my delivery. I said no problem, but I'd still like the soda delivered when they are on their next delivery. They said ok. Well, 40 min later I have a soda sitting on my front porch with no knock, no call. It's 90 degrees outside and all of the ice melted at this point. I called and explained the situation, expecting at least a free drink voucher or something, but instead I was told that my soda probably wasn't even that warm and that they probably did knock. I had delivery instructions that I actually called about 2 times to have the driver call and/or knock on the side door so I knew they were here. But they just silently left it on the front step. Super unhappy.
This place keeps getting worse and worse.... Average delivery time is about 1 hr 30 min. I work about 2 blocks from this location and have had nothing but issues each and every time I order. This is not a corporate location. The franchise owner has done nothing but allow this location to become one of the worst JJs in the area over the past 3 years.
Came to this location yesterday and they have the best guys that work here. So professional, kind, and helpful. Would recommend!!
(Update-The response from the owner is that they want my personal E-mail so they can spam me...sorry! Nothing they can say or do would coax me into ever ordering anything from there again!)We have given these guys a lot of chances to get their act together and they have failed over and over. We placed an order for delivery, we used a credit card over the phone, they confirmed it. The guy came and would only accept cash, maybe trying to scam us? Anyway they have had serious issues with quality and consistency, as well as numerous delivery problems for a very long time going back years before Covid could be used as an excuse. I would give negative stars if it were allowed.
Food is good value, but don't order when you're hungry, it will take forever. Ordered online at 12:45pm, tracking Said out for delivery at 1:10pm, it didn't show up until 1:38pm. I'm at work, it's only 5 minutes away from you!!!....
Horrible customer service called looking to find out why it’s been a hour with no food yet. The guy answered could not have been more rude. Said my order was out for delivery and hung up on me.
Turkey beach club with double meat. So good with avocado, cucumber slices, tomatoes, onion and oregano. Excellent service at the drive thru window.
1hr 55mins for delivery. I live 5 mins away if that… I’m sick my kids needed to eat. My order was $60, Never again will I order from here.
