My co-worker and I decided to give this Jimmy John's another chance as it usually takes over an hour to get our food delivered and it usually is incorrect. Well, same thing happened today. Over an hour to get our food and my sandwich was wrong again. Email confirmation and receipt were correct, sandwich was not. And the service is horrible. My co-worker and I both called to try and check up on our order. We were placed on hold before we could speak and then hung up on a few minutes later. Absolute the worst Jimmy John's we have experienced and we will not order again from here.

I will never order from this Jimmy John's again...it took 52 minutes for an unmodified sandwich and they didn't include the mayo thatIS INCLUDED IN to be delivered and when I called to check on the progress, it took 3x of letting the phone ring out before they picked up on the fourth call and then the guy who answered was rude to me, saying "well, I'm not in the car with the driver, so what do you want me to."

Make sure you check your order before you leave the store. I regularly order from this store and something is wrong with the order at least 1/3 of the time. I called to get refunded for an item that I didn't receive recently and was told I would be. I still have not had the refund appear on my account, even though it has been several weeks. They do a decent job with the food they do make, but the customer service as this location leaves A LOT to be desired.

I ordered two beach clubs on lettuce wrap on my lunch break… got back to work to find that only one was lettuce wrapped. Called to let them know what happened and explained that I cannot have any gluten and requested if they could swing by since I was already clocked back in at work. The guy said they are way to busy and I could come back to get a free coupon for a sub. I literally paused for three seconds and before I could say anything he hung up on me!!!!!!! I tried to call back and the phone just kept ringing. My company will not be ordering here again!

Ordered through the online order process and nearly an hour later the order was marked as out for delivery. After a half hour I contacted the store and the manager told me that the order was not out for delivery yet with no additional explanation. I asked why the tracking info indicated differently and he neglected to answer, instead offering my only option as cancelling the order. I asked for his name and he hung up the phone. 2/3/2022Had to call corporate to request cancellation. Order was delivered at 12:50, 2 hours after being placed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My sandwich was just bread, basically nothing else on it, maybe one tomato. The other sandwich the bacon was way undercooked. I was asked if I wanted a bag, said yes, then was just handed the sandwiches. Staff was wonky and unfriendly, they definitely didn’t want to be there. 1000/10 would not recommend.

Ordered at 1055am for delivery. It’s noon. No idea when they will be here. Called the store and they were very rude. At least give an estimate instead of an excuse. I won’t order delivery from this location again.

I ordered a couple sandwiches for me and a coworker today. Delivery time came and went even though the online said it was delivered. I tried calling and it kept ringing and ringing or it would say that the caller was unavailable.Finally, 1.5 hours later a woman called me from the building across the street saying there was a delivery for me sitting in their building vestibule.So I finished my work and drove over and there it was sitting inside the front door. The soda was obviously flat.And there is a place where you can check to leave the item at the door, and I did NOT check that.So after going to the other building to get my food (my colleague was long gone) 2 hours after the delivery time, then I had to drive in person to the store so that I could get my refund.When I told them the situation, at first they tried to make it seem like it wasn’t their fault. But it was obvious it was. They finally voided my credit card payment. So now I’ll have to watch the next couple days to make sure it comes off.

How this place is still in business baffles me. Ordered a sandwich and it was literally sopping wet. Water seeping through the paper. Disgusting. Horrible service too, took 15 minutes in the drive thru. Do better.

Placed an online order for delivery and after an hour the order hadn't arrived. I called and was immediately placed on hold without any warning. After 10 minutes waiting on hold, I hung up and called back. The person on the phone told me my order was on its way, but I hadn't even given him my name yet. When I pointed this out and did give him my name he said they didn't get to our order yet and they should be able to make it in about 40 minutes and then they would send it out for delivery. I told him to cancel my order and my credit card still got charged. I'm not sure how you could have made the service any worse, congratulations.
