Amazing staff and great food!!Okay so now for the story. It was my birthday on Saturday, and my dad decided to surprise me with some Jet's Pizza. Well of course it was a surprise because I had no idea the delivery guy was even downstairs. My dad literally had to call me and tell me to check my door. But that wasn't even the heartwarming part.I told my dad thanks for the pizza, wings, breadsticks, pop, and especially this chocolate chip cookie because it tasted delicious. And my dad goes, "what cookie? I didn't order any cookie."So, let me just say THANK YOU to the staff at Jet's Pizza in Brookfield, WI. That kind gesture really warmed my heart! My dad didn't even know lol. Man, it was like I got two surprises that day--a pizza and a cookie.And so, I am not saying the staff gives out free food, but I know for my birthday I got a nice birthday surprise.Thanks again!!
Pizza was great - no issues there! However, the employee over the phone wasn’t able to answer any questions about the sizing or toppings available for any pizzas, so I had to start an online order just to see a list of toppings.
The pizza is always great.we had it delivered it was fresh and hot.
Being from MI I absolutely love Jets. Super Special, well done, extra sauce, and turbo crust is the way to go. However, this location seems to be poorly run. It’s the closest location so I’ll always try here first. Last time they had no bread for turbo sticks so went to Waukesha location (further drive) and no issues. Today at noon I tried setting up an online order for 1700 pick up. Mobile app didn’t give me the option so I called. When I called they stated no orders during 1430-2030. That is prime time for super bowl. What a poorly managed location and process. Went to Lou Malnati’s mobile app (didn’t have time to drive to Jets Waukesha) and ordered 3 deep dishes and cheese sticks for 1700 pick up with no issues. How can Lou’s manage to make pizzas today between 1430-2030 when this Jets location can’t? How can Jets Waukesha have turbo sticks in stock when this location didn’t? If you want Jets try the Waukesha location.
Cooks dnt wear gloves. They have people waiting. 30mins and longer for online orders. Don’t go there very unprofessional you gonna wait hrs for your online order. The manager is Rude cussing people out. Waiting time very long. It’s not worth the time. I order my pizza yesterday online I been waiting for 30mins. Very unprofessional. Not clean Unsanitized.
I have ordered from here many times. Last two out of three… the order was wrong, delivery took over an hour and forty five minutes and the customer service was terrible. The manager is very nice and I try to speak to her when I have called. Everyone else may be brain dead. I have never had these issues ordering from the Jets in Milwaukee off Greenfield Ave. Sorry guys but you have lost my business. To the manager, you are fantastic and you have helped me out every time I have called so thank you very much!
As always their pizza ? was very good. The only negative issue this time was that the crust was on the tough side ‼️
Ordered pizza took hour and half for delivery. Then one pizza was cold and the other pizza burnt to a crisp. Called sending new pizza probably be another hour and half before we get it. Never order from here again.
I don't know if the lady this morning was working alone, but she was a pro. She looked like she was doing a million things, but still took the time to be kind. I will be back because of her attitude when it appeared she was under pressure.
This place has the most horrible customer service you could find it is going on a hour and a half and still no pizza my lunch break came and went and no food I will never order from them again
