Abysmal customer service. I can't eat subs often because of a gluten allergy, but I love the club at Jersey Mike's so I made the 30 minute drive to treat myself. With no line or anybody in the store, I walked up to the counter and asked if they have gluten free bread options. The employee visibly did not want to work. Every question she asked made me feel like an idiot with her demeanor. The kicker is that she was talking under her breath the whole time being very rude. It shouldn't feel like pulling teeth to get my favorite sandwich, but she was terrible. Management should look for a replacement, because it is VERY clear she does not want to provide any fraction of customer service. Next time, I'll drive even further. Never returning to this location.

Came in to pickup an order yesterday and ended up waiting 30-40 mins for my order, so did 7 other people. But walk-ins that we’re ordering then and there were immediately serviced and given their food. Offered drinks for the wait, then never gave us drinks for the wait. I understand they were busy but you can’t just serve customers walking in and then leave your people who ordered that long ago still waiting. They only made one of our subs right away that was a hot sub. By the time I got my 2nd sub my 1st one was completely cold and not the greatest tasting. I’m not sure what was happening but that was BEYOND disorganized.

I've been coming here since it first opened years ago and unfortunately like other restaurants that go through multiple ownership changes this location has gone downhill and fallen hard. I was in a few days ago and the terrible attitudes and hygiene practices of the staff were the final straw. I don't think anyone ever taught them common courtesy. They are charging a premium for their product and the higher prices should come with better service than what they are providing. Thankfully I was the only one in line and it only took a few minutes to get my sandwich, but what I witnessed as I sat and ate it was disgusting: gloves were not changed after handling money, itching a forehead, or picking up a knife that had fallen to the floor (thankfully they didn't use the knife again, at least not while I was there). Luckily I was only a few bites in so I could throw it away, such a waste. You really need to train your staff better and find people with better attitudes.

I’ve been a frequent visitor of this shop for many years. Working around the area it’s one of my more favorite lunch stops. I’ve seen the staff and management change drastically over the last 6 years. Sometimes good and sometimes bad. I don’t normally leave reviews but I have to say that my last couple stops have not been the best. I used to know the previous managers at this shop and honestly the food was spot on then and the service was 11/10. Was always greeted friendly and was able to get in and out in under 10 minutes unless the were super busy. I’m familiar with what their operations and procedures are in the shop and needless to say there’s a reason I stopped coming here all the time. I used to love getting cold/hot subs here but I know that the grill is suppose to be cleaned frequently. The hot subs do not taste good with burnt pieces of food in your sub. I watched the current staff cook around pieces that they’ve scrapped off the grill instead of removing them, also it’d be nice to see them clean the spatulas after making a hot sub as well instead of transferring raw material to a new sandwhich. I’ve also seen them use the chicken one for the beef one before. The old management has told me that the grill needs to be cleaned after every use, which is obviously not the case currently. It does make a difference to the quality of the sandwich. Also the demeanor in this store is the worse I’ve seen in my years of coming here. I used to come in here all the time when the two guys ran this shop and was always greeted in a friendly way, the last couple times I’ve come in here the greeting is “what can I get you.” I also witnessed one of the staff start arguing with an elderly gentleman telling him to calm down when obviously he had some sort of hearing issue and couldn’t hear them over the glass. Sandwiches are not made to the caliber that they once were and my coworkers agree. We all liked going here for our lunch break but the quality has slipped dramatically. It shouldn’t take 20-30 minutes to get a couple sandwiches in this shop when you’re coming in for a to go order. I’ve seen this shop run through a line of 15 people in 20 minutes. Some of the staff is extremely slow, it’d be nice to see a little hustle in the staff and a little compassion for making people a sub above. Food is still really good just because of the ingredients and how it’s made, but it’s no fun to eat a sloppily put together sandwich. Also the roast beef here is usually phenomenal but lately the meat has been quite a bit over cooked. It’s nice to have a little red like the way it used to be. I’ll still continue to stop here as I am a fan of this place, just feel something needed to be said and hopefully corrected I’d like to see this place go back to the way it was.

Giant club sub was awesome. The Sandwich Artist and Manger were top notch!

Delicious. Fresh. Fast. Friendly staff. What’s not to like?

I took down my original post as while I did have terrible customer service on this one visit (I've been here many times), I was happy with the service recovery message I received and was not compensated per my request, I was satisfied with the attention to the issue.

Service here is horrible for online pick up/delivery. I have tried 3 different times and each time there has been an error in our order. When calling to have it fixed, they can never fix it without coming into the store. The errors are often found when already home and they want us to come back to the store to fix the sandwich. Errors include delivering a regular instead of a giant, regular bread instead of gluten free bread, no extra meat when extra was paid for . Don’t waste your time with this store unless you are In person and can watch them make your sandwich.
