So.... where do I start... I love the Margherita pizza it is delicious. However the service isn't great. When we first walked in the hostess had her back to the desk chit-chating with other workers. We were then seated right in the main pathway with approx 4 other people in the whole place it was a terrible seat as 2 people were practically right next to us at a slightly lower level(I could've reached out and touched them)-I asked to move, and they allowed it. Another family came basically at the same time and also asked to moved as they were first seated right in the pathway. We then ordered 2 drinks; peach Moscow mule and my husband got a drink. The Moscow mule was awful, I asked if I could just get some more peach it in or something as i didnt feel it was made correctly at all- of course he brought me a little container of peach ? now I found this quite funny as most restaurants would just simply remake the drink- not here. My husband also saw the waiter and bartender talking and heard that the peach was forgotten. Again- at that point... why not just remake the drink?I got the bruscetta trio and it was amazing, the waiter brought it and left- no Silverwere or napkins yet. Every other table was able to get napkins and water but we were not even asked. So I ate the bruscetta without these things and again... waiter didn't come back until I finished it.When he did come back we asked about Silverwere which took a good 5 minutes from that point to be brought to our table.Pizza came out and we ate it, he checked on us 2 times to make sure it was good and then went back to where they were making the food- probably to talk. We finished our pizza and wanted a box and the check but the waiter didn't come back- it took him 20 minutes to come back[I timed it]. He finally came out, and we asked for a box and check right away and immediately gave him the card. We didn't want to wait another 20 minutes for him to leave and come back.So we spend $73 before using some of our points which brought it too $53 for an appetizer, 2 pizzas and 2 drinks- one of which was not great at all, but hey I wasn't going to waste the money and not drink it. Pizzas were great as usual, but the service was not. The waiter was very friendly, but that is it- the workers definitely did not care much about their tables sense they spent most of their time talking to each other at the bar[probably why my drink was bad] then actually working.Overall: Don't eat there, take the food to go and pop it in the oven to heat it up, it'll taste the same and you won't have to deal with anything

We dined in yesterday for the first time. Our experience with Ryan was not the best. Though he was friendly, he lacked attentiveness. We placed an order for two pizzas no more than 10min apart. Our first pizza came in 35min later and the second pizza took a total of 48min from the time that we ordered. The table next to us was sat after us, ordered after us and got BOTH of their pizzas before us. This wasn’t even a busy afternoon. When complaining to Ryan, his excuse was “Yeah, theres only one oven”. But when pointing out that other tables got their pizzas before us even after ordering after us, he choked up and had nothing else to say. The fact that we had to keep pulling him aside for anything, even to just get an update on our food was unacceptable. We wont be coming back.

Grimaldi's is great pizza when it's done right. We normally have good experiences here. Sometimes the service can be a little slow, other times it's spot on. Watch the stoking hour though, of you have an hour to kill with salad and drinks.

Very average pizza/calzones for a higher price point. The calzone’s didn’t have much flavor and the amount of additional toppings added (for a premium) was sparse. Cheese blend and red sauce had no flavor. Service was decent though and the wait staff was attentive.

This used to be my favorite pizza place, but the prices have really increased. I'm not sure it's a good value anymore. It took a long time for our large cheese pizza to arrive and the restaurant wasn't even busy. It was early, too, so I don't think they were doing much carry-out yet.But I would return to get the Margareta Pizza. Really quite good.

15 dollars for a 6 oz Margarita that tasted like soap!!!!40 dollars for a pizza!!!!

the food is fresh and delicious

1st with the good things... they have some amazing pizza and salad collection. Love the ambiance too! But service here is pathetic. We had to wait over 30mins for the food... this is on a not so busy day! The server forgot our drinks order but billed us for it... we were planning on ordering some dessert but she handed us the receipt even before we were ready! Wanted us to move out of the place I guess...We didn't complain just paid and were about to leave... and she comes back and says... you didn't tip me well... what's wrong with you people!!Lady, we gave you more than what you deserved... not gonna tip you anything next time if there is a next time

Great pizza and honestly the house salad was great too. The thin crust traditional is very good! There is also a very respectable draft beer list, wine, and full cocktail bar....so all the essentials of WI! The service could be more prompt, engaging, and helpful.

Pizza is literally paper thin. I do not know how it is possible to make pizza so incredibly thin. The toppings are just as thin, so it's no wonder a common theme of the reviews are "everything is flavorless". You can't get flavor out of paper. Maybe try beefing it up a bit. For the cost of these pizzas it's 100% profit because they can literally stretch every ingredient to the point it costs about 1 cent to make each pizza. Then on top of the lack of well...everything, the pizza is full of giant dough bubbles so what little toppings there was, there's now even less. I would absolutely recommend their pizza if you are on an ice cube diet - you'll get no calories and be completely satisfied. Everyone looking for real food - please look elsewhere. You'll pay premium cost for a whole lot of nothing.
