I'd give zero stars if I could, ordered over $60.00 in food. We ordered our stuff before my husband even left the house, go there to get it, the guy is just sitting there doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING claiming the order just popped up. No, you are just now seeing it as you were being lazy. The Lo Mein doesn't even look anything like I've ever seen, my shrimp fried rice is as plain as white rice, no flavor at all. The General Toas chicken is mediocre at best, they gave no sauce for the Crab Ragoons and saved the best for last the egg drop soup IS GREEN! I'm not even going to take a chance on eating that at all DISGUSTING!! This was not a good first impression at all, lesson learned we will stay with our other restaurant we love. Which is Great Wall in Brookfield. Save your money!! Don't trust the "good reviews" seriously go anywhere else but here.
Unprofessional. Their brochure and website state that they deliver yet when I asked for delivery, he was like sorry no driver And when I asked if there will be a driver for example tomorrow he didn’t know the answer to that. If you don’t have a driver in if you can’t deliver any longer please take it off your website or brochure because it is very deceiving to your customers.
Placed an order online, was told the food would be ready in 30 minutes. Upon arrival, was told the wait would be an additional hour. Cancelled the order and left. Very disappointing.
Ordered potstickers, combo plate appetizer, Shrimp fried rice and General TSO. She lady there would substitute white rice for shrimp fried rice for an upcharge. I literally had to ask for my card back and told her i would just " take my business elsewhere" for her to figure it out. My General TSO chicken was awful to say the least. Tasted old and dry. Really disappointed
Wish I could give 0 stars!! Don’t order from here!! The service is terrible and the food was terrible!! The delivery driver refused to give me my food if I didn’t give him a tip!! Are you serious?? He pulled in my driveway music blasting rang my doorbell 10 times was rude and wanted a tip! Told me delivery fee was for gas? I should have told him to keep the food because it was terrible!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN! Do yourself and family a favor order from somewhere else! Order food on 10/18/21.

Ordered online and picked it up. 1st time customer and I tipped $1 for pick up. I ordered 3 Egg Rolls. I asked the Staff lady, if she put 6 Sweet and Sour Sauce as I requested in the bag. She assured me she did and smiled. I paid with card and as soon as she printed out the paper for me to sign, She just walked away without saying thank you. Absolutely no customer service skills at all. Thennnn, I went to my car to quickly eat it since I'm a delivery driver. ?1. No sweet and sour sauce- she gave me ?DUCK Sauce, everybody knows that's not sweet anything. ?2. The 3 Egg Rolls, absolutely nothing of any value inside. ?Look for your self, I took pictures. Definitely will NOT come again! I suggest go somewhere else, if your reading this. FrFr!
We ordered takeout early this Sunday night. Probably the worst Chinese food ever. Two years ago, this was a good dine-in restaurant with some interesting Cantonese dishes. We had moo shu pork, combination fried rice, and sweet sour pork. While “American” style dishes, one expects reasonable quality. . But refried rice tasted like it was reheated multiple times and had little “combination meats”. for $15. The sweet sour pork was tiny pieces of roast pork dipped in massive amount of batter and over fried. Sauce was tasteless brown sauce with sugar added, tiny bits of pineapple and 3 slices of carrot. Please stop sending packets of brown colored salt water, calling it “soy sauce”.
