To be honest, I haven’t been in. Webb’s for at least 5 years due to a very poor experience at another location. But I was so craving a Webb’s burger, I just had to stop in at my nearest Webb’s.I read the previous reviews and wasn’t surprised at some of the comments due to people not understanding the hospitality industry. Some even take personal pot-shots at the staff.I believe that I had the same staff as one of those pot-shot reviews and I must say, they are very off base. The server with the “heavy makeup” doesn’t have heavy makeup, it’s a current style that highlights one’s eyes. And quite frankly, it is implemented very well. Her personality and attention to the customer is some of the best I have seen in this industry and with a short order cooking environment. She was moving her “you know what” to serve the customers and handling the tempo well. The cook in the back was moving quickly too and their communication was solid. The food came out quick, hot and was everything I expected it to be.I always read negative comments with a grain of salt because there is normally an underlying reason someone wants to bash a restaurant, their food, or their staff. It’s actually obvious once you read the review a couple times.Due to the service, quality and work ethic of the staff that was demonstrated today, I will definitely come back to this George Webb’s again and again.I would traditionally ask the server and the cook for their names but don’t want this to look like it’s a review from the inside. But, I will tell you this, the server wears eye makeup that is up to date and not overly done and the cook has red hair. For future reviewers, a word of advice, if it’s truly bad food, bad service, etc., Go back a second time, everyone ( front or back of the house) can have a bad day. But don’t take it personally or make it personal.

eat good" feel good with Great Customer Service ... Say what mean" mean what say ??

Great service super nice ?? staff .. But the Hamburger meat is so thin I could almost see the light on the other side … I know these are tough times … just a little more meat ?… Thank you

One previous visit food prepared as ordered....this time IT WASN'T. Everything about the cook was wrong...bacon limp and only partly cooked...eggs ordered MEDIUM but was runny ....toast not even brown... I am will still go to the Webb but not evening. Breakfast cooks do a much better job. Still love the Webb.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch. We found it by looking for restaurants nearby. We liked it very much. It looks like more of the old style family diners. We both had the cod dinner and we both enjoyed our meal. We do recommend George Webb for those in the area looking for a nice simple meal and a good atmosphere.

Was best cheat day I've had in years. Only eat here when the morning shift cook is in.

I went to get some burgers for dinner on a week night after work, and was greeted by a server with a face full of makeup who got my order wrong. When tried to find her she kept disappearing in the back with the cook. Horrible service and should probably not have a relationship going on in the work place.

The whole staff at this George Webb was incredible friendly smiling the place was really clean I went to breakfast with my 13-year-old daughter I told her the story about George Webb when the Brewers won 13 in a row and George Webb gave everybody free hamburgers and the newspaper clipping was up on the wall

Soup was tasty but grainy as if it had been overcooked. Staff was friendly and pretty much what I expected from a George Webb experience. So it was worthy of my stopping and dining there and would do it again.

Food was piping hot. Staff friendly. Waitress (blonde haired) was wonderful to my daughters who love the experience. Food was great.
