I am really giving theses stars to Ulacier! He was up front alone - taking the orders and doing all the cooking! Although his situation was obviously not the most ideal, he was courteous and all smiles. Our burgers and fries were as ordered and great as expected!
Made an online order, it took 15 min on top of the eta online..Fries were undercooked and the Cajun fries had little to no seasoning, they only gave us small portions of it.( usually at other locations they fill your bag up)Hot dogs were put in hamburger buns which is weird.
There is a very polite, nice and funny man working here he told me his name is Terrance he was nice to my family and I the weekend of the 21st in May. He makes you feel welcome at the place and the burgers were made to perfection.
Our server Terrance was awesome! He was energetic, fun, kind, and did a great job. We will be back to this five guys just to see him again!
The best five guys we have ever been to. Literally probably the best burger I’ve ever had in my entire life. These employees deserve to be making bank!! Everyone needs a raise. So friendly, best cooks ever..seriously ever
Today I’ve experienced my first time at five guys! And boy did I feel very welcomed . I met Two very fine young woman by the names of Lacey and tay and they were the Experience. It all started from when I walked in and even when I left being greeted by Lacey , she made me feel comfortable and very welcoming . She took my order with care and taught me more about five guys then I’d ever known. She recommended a strawberry shake which by the way was very breathtaking. And even offered me a bag for peanuts. They both were so clean and always remembered to change their gloves. Tay also assured me that she’d make my sandwich with love and that is exactly what she did! The burger was so juicy and well cooked very nicely put together. These two made my experience very special and I can’t wait to come again. And next with my family.
paid $13 for bacon cheeseburger. UNACCEPTABLE!! NEVER AGAIN!If you want a jumbo fresh burger for $5+ cheaper may i suggest going to Kopp's custard stand on Bluemound Rd, just down the street.don't care how special 5 Guy's thinks their burgers are. they say they are fresh never frozen but the meat tastes bland and has a texture like someone already chewed it for me. i was thuroughly disgusted in more way than one. Hard pass!
This is our first visit to this location. The staff is super friendly and hard working. We dined in and the person working there brought our food out to us and checked that our order was satisfactory. They greet every customer that comes in. The food was hot and fresh. The restaurant is clean- one worker never stopped cleaning the whole time we were there.
Ordered two double cheeseburgers and two Cajun fries (regular size)Instead, I get two SMALL fries. One of which was regular, not Cajun. Paid $7 for two small fries.Thankfully the burgers are good and the cashier was really cool. Didn't think order makers at five guys came over from McDonald's though.
I like this new location better vs the Brookfield mall. Kids love the burgers, shakes, and fries. We will be back!
