I've been wanting to try this place and it definitely didn't disappoint! Our server Trent was super kind and made sure we understood the menu options and had everything we needed. The food was super tasty and atmosphere was busy but I didn't feel crowded next to the other tables. There was quite a wait after 11am so I'm glad we went at around 10am. I highly recommend this to brunch lovers looking for some healthy options at a great price!

Came here on a Saturday with a friend for a late breakfast. We both had the French Toast and a side of bacon. It was good. Service was good after a 20 minute wait upon arrival. It's a busy place.
What a great breakfast and brunch spot in the Brookfield area. We made took the 15 minute trip from Wauwatosa to try out First Watch and their local, farm fresh cuisine and it was worth the trip! Their freshly juiced concoctions were great and the breakfast burrito and biscuits and gravy were some of the best that we have had. I would highly recommend checking it out! Enjoy local.
Everything you order here is delicious and different. Every time I go I try something new. Today was the carnitas breakfast burrito. It's only on the menu for another week or so, so go try it out!
This was my first time there today. I had the Trailblazer ? bowl. I wasn’t very fond of it. My bowl tasted as if it was sitting under heat for about 45 minutes. Also, the Million Dollar Bacon ? was just too drowned in maple syrup and was entirely too chewy. Nevertheless my son’s pancakes were delicious. Also, we waited roughly about 30 minutes to get a table and then an additional 35-40 minutes for our waiter to arrive with our food. That’s not the part that I was concerned about; as I know it’s usually packed and busy every weekend at all local brunch places. But it was more of when we finally got our food and the waitress was so quick to give me the check/bill literally 15 minutes after our food had finally arrived after waiting over half an hour. Her energy was more of an impatient & very rushed vibe. Thats not exceptional & acceptable customer service whatsoever. The food didn’t leave a mark on me to where my family and I would ever return again. Nevertheless it’s always great to try out new spots around the city.
The food was amazing but the service was lackluster and very hard to get, waited at least 10 minutes before anyone came to the table for drinks, it was packed and kind of understandable but way too long to greet us. Work on that and we got 5 stars all day long. Great food. Left a review on YELP (1/23/22) and was told I by Hanna that someone was going to get in touch with me, that NEVER happened so I guess the service is something they are still working on. I'll pass on giving them a 2nd try.
Had a great brunch experience here. Went at 10:30am on a Saturday and didn't really experience any sort of wait time. Got an iced coffee and it was delicious! I took time to decide what I wanted to eat but after putting the orders in, the food came out no later than 15 minutes after! The wait staff is friendly and it's a large space. I definitely plan on eating here again and exploring the menu
Stopped in Saturday morning with a party of 5 and was seated immediately even though it appeared very busy. Service was exceptional, our server was friendly and attentive. The menu selections range from traditional to eclectic with several signature dishes that had to be tried. Chickychanga and pork carnitas breakfast burrito were both amazing as well as the French toast all presented beautifully. The entire experience was wonderful. First Watch is now my first choice when I am near one.
Excellent food, with gluten free options. Fresh squeezed juice. Great service even with the restaurant being quite busy.
