First off-just want to say this is directed at ownership, not the staff (who are lovely). This is the only Culver’s I’ve ever been to who CHARGES for side sauces. I asked for 1 ranch with my meal and was told there would be a fee. What a money grabbing move and you should be embarrassed. Definitely will be finding another Culver’s in the area in the future.

Very poor service at this location. I have experienced service issues multiple times. First time drive through, ordered didn't match with what they gave me. I have to go inside and get it fixed after waiting for 40 minutes. Second time drive through, waited 25 minutes after ordering. No one even bothered checking. I have to go inside and get my food after 30 minutes wait. Third time drive through order, waited 30 minutes and no food delivered. Again go inside and get my food. Very frustrating experience. Well I guess no more visits again.

I placed my order and asked for my budgets to be well done and this is what I got... PINK... it looks like one burger is cooked too perfection and the other not so cooked... This is the third occurrence... service is starting to go down. When I called I got a message that I couldn't leave a message because voice-mail has not been set up yet.... TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

Omg loved how they delivered the food to your table and the shakes are so filling mine had alot of strawberries than anyother fast food restaurant ever! And their onion rings are hot and crispy! Friendly workers too!

Worst service, unfriendly staff, everyone looked as if they were bored to death. No “welcome”, “how can I help you”, “would you like a drink with your order”? Dining room not very clean, not especially busy so hard to understand why this place wasn’t better managed. Soda station sticky, taps stick and soda continues to flow after filling cup. Soda taps are improperly hooked up, root beer coming out of Dr. Pepper tap. Nothing wrong with the food. Management needs to take some lessons from Chick-Fil-A.

Haven't been to Culver's since the pandemic began in 2020. Place was clean as always, they disinfect the tables after each use. The Bacon Deluxe combo I ordered was good, however, I feel like they are using less meat and garnishes since I was last there. I'm holding off on any conclusions until I try them again. The service was good as always.

Very friendly, polite, attentive service. Great made to order food - I got my fries extra crispy! Meaty Ruben sandwich was grilled crispy, oozing with Swiss cheese, sour krout, and 1000 Island dressing. Spicy brown mustard would have topped it off. Great Flavor of the Day custards!

Cooked to order. Drive thru order. They allow you to pay at window then park. Later the servers brings the order to your car.

Although I had to take food to go, They were on time and friendly when they gave us our order.

I love Culver's. It's consistently WI food at an affordable price, no matter where in the country we are. That being said, Culver's in WI, while still great, doesn't have that much to offer over other local restaurants. The pricing is fair, the food is tasty by fast food standards, but the lines are killer. Lunch and dinner, this Culver's is packed, as are many of the other nearby locations. Great for business, but as a customer, I recommend just parking and walking in, if only for take out rather than drive through. All things considered, this Culver's fair. It's what you expect when you walk into one. It's clean enough, it's fast enough when not there during peak hours, it's affordable enough, and tasty enough. My food recommendations: The fish dinners are the best I've ever had and the frozen custard selections can be a welcome treat (especially if you're lucky enough to have a free scoop; you can get chocolate, vanilla, or flavor of the day).
